Cabins at Guthrie Meadows

The cabin was cozy and the trails were very nice to hike. My favorite part was being greeted by a pack of alpacas whenever we walked by. All of the land around the cabins was beautiful to explore and it was a quick drive to Spring Mill State Park for some more exploration and trails.

Great one night stay. Beds were comfy and clean. Beautiful farm and land. Owners were kind and gave us great directions. I didn't get to meet them, but we got in super late. Showers looked super clean. I'd stay again for sure!

This is our second time here and my goodness, it’s perfect. My daughter loves hiking on the property and petting the horses. It has everything you NEED and the warm shelter after a rainy hike at McCormicks Creek State Park is always what we need. Can’t wait to come back again. Our little dude with Cerebral Palsy could absolutely love this property too.

It was so nice to stay on a farm near some hiking trails. We felt very comfortable in the tiny cabin with air conditioning and all the fixings for camping that we needed. It was a beautiful drive to the cabin as well!

It's was overall a nice little get away for my wife myself and our 2 dogs. The creek was fun to splash in with the dogs and the little cabin was just the right size. The only thing was it had rained a lot the past few days and the bugs were bad especially the baby ticks one of our dogs got it pretty bad. It was a good time that was much needed for us.

This place is awesome!!

We had a great stay. There is excellent hiking to do on the property, seeing all the geodes was really cool. The cabin was cozy. We loved the grate for cooking over the fire pit. Definitely a 10/10 experience! We’ll definitely book another stay! Also, Spring Mill State Park is close and definitely worth a visit!!

What a beautiful property! Michelle was amazing and super communicative, everything was there that was listed, and I am so looking forward to coming back!! We stayed in the Red Door cabin and had so much space for our group to spread out. The neighbors were great and we truly enjoyed our time! 10/10 recommend!!!

This was a same day booking from a changed route plan in our trip. Although we got there after dark, the directions to get to the cabin were clear and lights were left on to help. The place is as described and very charming. We arrived at 11pm and were able to start a fire, relax, and let the dogs out and wind down. The loft was great for our 14 year old and the queen bed was comfy.

Cozy cabin stay perfect for group

We loved staying in the cabin! It was easy to access, and very cozy, perfect for our group of 6. Glad we brought warm clothes since it took a while to get warm but eventually was very cozy inside. The hosts were extremely friendly and helped us find the cabin. We especially loved petting and feeding the horses!

Perfect fall getaway

We loved staying in the Red Door cabin. The queen bed was so comfortable! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the fire pit and games. We will definitely be back!

This place was beautiful! The cabins were cozy and private, the sky was amazing, the horses and alpaca made us so happy to see. The heat kept us very warm in the cabin and the firewood kept us warm outside. I do suggest bringing a hatchet or an axe to split the wood. I just so happened to forget mine, but we managed fine. Also, the cabin is on a hill, so take that into account if you have a grill. We will absolutely be back, we had such a great time! We could see the comet, some planets, and so many stars! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Weekend Getaway=Success!

Our stay at Guthrie Meadows was PERFECT for a weekend away! We glamped in the green door cabin and it was just what we needed. 4 cabins total…with a portion woods and trails in between. We were close enough to watch the alpacas and horses every morning and evening. I would definitely return & recommend!

Private Cabin in the Woods

Spacious cabin in a beautiful part of Indiana. Cabin description is per the web site. Easy and prompt communication with the hosts. They made sure the air conditioning was on prior to us arriving and pre chopped firewood was available. Very enjoyable evening (even in what felt like tropical thunderstorms)

The instructions were clear and the My stay at Campgrounds was rejuvenating and memorable. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Whether you're looking to hike, relax by the campfire, or simply disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this campground provides a wonderful setting to do. The farm animals are friendly and you can feed them. Bring quarters if you want to feed animals as there are vending machines.

We stayed in the red door cabin- it was great! Don’t expect lots of glamping accoutrements, but all the basics were well covered. The bed was actually quite comfortable too, but I can’t speak for the loft beds. The horse pasture is lovely and the hikes were excellent- we enjoyed looking at the geodes in the creek. Bring bug spray- found two ticks within a minute. Bring extra water- the water supply didn’t taste great, but was clean. Cell phone signal was 1-2 bars on AT&T. Great place!!

The cabin is nice and quaint. Hosts have nice amenities. The camp has some nice trails. The only problem we had is the cabin was infested with bed bugs so we had to treat everything when we got home. :(

The yellow door cabin was perfect! It felt so homey and warm! Everything was laid out well, clean and organized. The trails were fun even after hiking all day and the horse were fun to feed. I would absolutely return and stay again! Just a short drive from spring mill state park.
