Civic address is not posted at location. There are some low-hanging branches when you turn into the driveway which also is a little on the narrow side. The RV site is at the front of the yard of a rough looking mobile home (which the owner of the RV site owns and says the tenants don't look after it, so he plans to renovate it). When we arrived, the owner was using the site but was packing up to leave anyway; apparently there was some confusion as he thought they'd listed it as unavailable for that weekend. He did pack up as quickly as he could, so we were able to pull in about 15 minutes later. And luckily, where he was still there, he was able to lend us a converter as the site is 50AMP, not 30AMP as listed.
Our trailer was only 29' but sat right at the edge of the mobile home's driveway. It was tight to get into the spot (perpendicular to the driveway) as there wasn't much room at the other side due to posts.
The water pressure was very low (under 20PSI), so we were unable to wash our hair. The owner did send his brother-in-law out to take a look but they didn't know the cause and assumed it was a leak somewhere.
Location is nice and convenient, and it was very quiet, but otherwise we were glad that we only booked the (minimum of) two nights.

Loved our stay here! It was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. The walk to the lake was perfect, and we met some awesome neighbors who gave us fresh eggs on our first day. We will absolutely stay again!

Good location for those visiting Dunnellon and the Crystal River area.

It was good for my purpose. My son lives 15 minutes away and my wife and I came down to the area while he was on vacation. It's close to Dunnellon and Crystal River. Check out Inglis Lock while you're in the area. There were many alligators there.

The good: quiet and close to public boat ramp. 15 miles to Crystal River manatees. The bad: unkempt trailers and sheds around site. Address on mailbox is not address in description. Hipcamp photos misleading.

Pictures are deceiving. Almost couldn't open my slide because the water spigot is right there where the slide opens. In order for my black tank hose to reach the sewer I had to park very close. Price is good for the spot. PS It would be nice if the neighbor would turn off their porch light.

Loved the location in a great area lot of wildlife trails and attractions people and dogs are great and couldn't have wanted more. 20 min from crystal spring and 15 the Rainbow spring this is a must-go for travels.

Quiet, flat, grassy site, convenient to local springs; Dunnellon and Crystal River. Friendly neighbors with dogs. Would recommend for those that prefer being out of town. No campfire ring or picnic table on site. Definitely would return.

Huge open field with trees for shade & plenty hook-ups for an amazing price. 50amp hookup, water & sewer. Host are easy to get in contact with prompt responses. I would stay here again. The neighbors are extremely nice with extra amenities.

Quiet neighborhood spot. Is in a front yard of a house but is pretty secluded and the neighbors keep to themselves. Close to many trails and activities so it was a nice place to park for a great price. A neighbor down the street has ducks and chickens so me and my dog would walk down there in the mornings which was nice. Heads up, it was it was a 50amp electric hookup so we had to buy a converter but it worked fine and also there is not much cell signal.

Quiet, inexpensive place to stay. Near lots of trails and things to do. Only issue was the bad phone reception and it only had a 50 amp plug so we had to buy a converter but it worked fine. It's located in the front yard of a house but the neighbors keep to themselves and it's near a quiet road. You can walk down the street and see ducks and geese which we enjoyed doing.

Great private site with lots of space. Only 16 minutes to Rainbow Springs, which is stunning! Town isn't too far and has everything you need. Would highly recommend.
