It was a beautiful spot! Thank you Lisa for the extra touches like the solar lights along the property, the bin of necessary items, the garbage bins and water. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back

Lisa was very communicative and helpful. Their set up is so handy and clear. They’ve put alot of effort into creating a great experience for their guests. They created a path through the woods which is ALOT of work to do. Along the paths are fairy abodes. There’s a lovely swing near the end which I found so relaxing.
The property is pretty well fenced and gated which was so great for the dogs. One of the very rare places that allows dogs off leash.
It was nice to sit in our little clearing and listen to the poplar leaves in the wind,… so relaxing!
We are newbies to this RV lifestyle. It was handy to have the power and water

Such as great spot! We had very much space to park thé RV. Accualy we did not hear a thing, just thé sound of nature. The house of Lisa was about 400 meters away and everthing was taken Care for: water and electricity.

This was a really great spot that I enjoyed with my dogs for two nights. I found it very private and peaceful and Lisa was a great host. Highly recommended and I look forwad to coming back!

Such a great quiet spot. Very private and well set up. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable. Everything you need except Sani dump which isn't that big a deal. Wifi is exceptional, and the rooster was a great way to wake up. lol. Nice trails to walk with the pooch. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure. Lisa the host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. 5 stars

The camp spot itself was perfect for us! A little spot far enough away from the road and far enough away from the home to feel like you're secluded. The little trail around the property is super cute, but not very stroller accessible. The dogs next to the trail bark a bit, but is great if your training your dog to not react! We had horses om the road on the way in which is also nice if your training your dogs! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Will book again soon!

Place is great, has lots of potential and was looking forward to hiking the property the next morning. Unfortunately the barking dogs from afternoon to morning ruined the experience and was ready to leave at first chance.

This is one of my favourite spots, very calm and quiet. The wind in the poplar trees and the forest right there help to make this a comfortable place to rest. And only a short drive to port alberni.

Lisa was a great host! She provided everything needed. The spot was clean and had plenty of space for 2 of us and our pups. Her and her family members were very careful about driving slowly past us, knowing we had dogs off leash and always made sure to keep their gate closed. Having hookups for power and water were helpful and a treat for us. Our leveling blocks came in handy. There’s some background noise from the road and occasional goats/cows, which was entertaining to us. A lot of noise from small planes, maybe due to the holiday weekend. We would be happy to stay there again.

This is a lovely, very private, well-kept campsite. It was blissfully quiet and well-equipped with a variety of power adapters, local tourist information etc provided. We highly recommend!

Our camp site was wonderful. Nice and level with all the necessities we needed, hydro and water as well as wifi. We had a very relaxing time enjoying nature.
Directions worked great and close to the adventures we wanted to do.
Our 2 night visit was perfect nestled in the Poplar Grove.
Lisa was very help full with booking and communication was perfect had we needed anything!

Lisa's campsite is lovely and private. A level gravel patch for the vehicle and equally as much grass. You will be monetarily worried since the tt30 plug is out of service, but soon will be perfectly content since you'll find the adapter you need to use the 14-50 plug, in a grey box on the picnic table. The road you see in the pictures is Lisa's driveway, and we saw a few cars go buy with a wave. The road is a few hundred feet away. Our 40' setup ended up about 10 from the driveway once installed. Lisa includes a couple maps of nearby POI, and an adapter to provide extra 5-15 plugs, all outlets located nearby the camper. Nearby water is at the driveway, and a hose is there already, as well as a garbage can, nice! A nice, private site we will stay at again if we are in the area. Thank you to Lisa.

Lisa has put a lot of thought and hard work into adding this sight to her beautiful property. The attention to detail is quite remarkable. Our stay was a big bonus en route to our next campsite. We will be revisiting and would thoroughly recommend it.

This was a beautiful piece of property well maintained you could tell that the owners just really cared about the environment and their surroundings! The spot we were camping was very quiet, very secluded, with recycling Wi-Fi water, electricity, and gray water dump.

Spacious back-in with power and water, ideal spot to visit Cathedral Grove. Very clean with pic-nic table and a good size grass area. Pretty and quiet. We recommend.

We loved camping at Lisa’s place. It feels very private and very safe. There is everything a camper needs. Lisa communicated very well and there is a beautiful trail all the way around the property to small play area where all members of our family had so much fun. Lisa was so nice and understanding when our dog started running across her fields and around her property. I felt so bad but she even helped to catch him.

Nestled In The Poplar Grove
We had a great relaxing stay at Poplar Grove. The site is very private and having power and water at the site was very convenient. Lisa and her husband were great hosts. They answered all of our questions promptly and provided us with wood for our campfire. We really enjoyed walking in the trails as the autumn leaves fell around us. We will be back again soon.
