Private secluded campsite with groomed grass and plenty of trees! We have 10 campsites for tent or RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, we can accommodate vehicles fairly long in length and the sites are pretty flat. Generators are allowed. The property is very close to the Westcountry to access quadding, fishing, hiking, swimming and much more. We are about 10 minutes north of Rocky Mtn House, Alberta Canada. Pets must be tethered and cleaned up after at all times. We offer water if needed. 110 power optional and by donation. Quality outhouse and picnic area available, but no septic. ​Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban. Peaceful Campsite Close to Rocky Mountain House
The sites and amenities were exactly as shown and explained on the website. We enjoyed the solitude and quietness of the site not always found in the common campground arrangement. There are some hiking trails nearby at the Crimson Lake provincial park that we enjoyed as well as taking time to read, relax and shell peanuts, once we got back to our site. Thank you Gerry for providing us with a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. 8,9 Sept 2025

We had a great time on this beautiful property. The scenery was beautiful, the cows were spectacular, and we all made a new friend; Fender, the cat. Thanks for having us!

I loved camping solo at Gerry’s land. Such wonderful open sky for star gazing. Right off highway. He was kind enough to get me power to charge my phone. Cleanest camping spot.

Peaceful Campsite Close to Rocky Mountain House
Beautiful quiet lots and easy to locate. Make sure you bring an extra adult size lawn chair because the cat on property loves to hang out and join you for the evening. Friendly and loves a good pet.

Gerry’s spot was easy to find, quiet, peaceful and so very pretty. Beautiful trees, views and clean comfortable amenities. It was a breezy night with a beautiful sunset when we stayed. Gerry was a welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great time at the campsite. There was tons of room, the gas was perfect for tents and Gerry was an amazing host. Return campers for sure!

Easy Access Campsites, great views
Peaceful Campsite Close to Rocky Mountain House
Great little spot just outside of Rocky Mountain House, big spots with lots of space. Nice trimmed grass lawn with lots of good spots for tents, and enough space to bring trailers. Water available, as well as firewood. Bathroom was outhouse style but was very clean and tidy. Gerry was a great host and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be staying here again for sure.

I loved Gerry’s land ,it was so peaceful like a little piece of heaven ,my son Max enjoyed setting up the tent and having fire ,for sure we would like to go back some day .

Serene country escape

Peaceful Campsite Close to Rocky Mountain House
Serene property great for group camping with spots in the trees overlooking farmer’s field. Quick drive to either Rocky Mountain House or Crimson Lake. Enjoyed playing bocce on the manicured grass and listening to birds sing and coyotes yip. Gerry is a friendly and responsive host. We’ll be back.

This is a great find. Gerry and Jo were great hosts. Their property is perfect. Located just 10min from Rocky Mtn House and 20min from Crimson Lake. The property was quiet and had a great open area that made it perfect for those camping games. Will definitely camp here again.

Gerry was terrific. The spot was good, property was well maintained, he let us use his hose to fill our water. Quiet and secluded. We would definitely stay there again.
