The 2 sites are well maintained with a clean port-a-potty. The downsides are that at times the traffic is quite loud and the river access is basically non-existent as the structure has fallen into disrepair.

Help!
We reserved this spot as it said Big Rig Friendly but when we arrived the drive way was very narrow and had a steep drop to drive and incline to get out. We were not comfortable trying to get in there as our 43'MH would have bottomed out. Im trying to reach Everett to request a refund as I do not feel it was Big Rig friendly for our type of rig. The listing should be revised. It may be big rig friendly for a trailer with a higher wheel base but that should be specified in the listing.

If you love fun adventures, Everett’s place is for you! We have seen eagles, otters, cranes, and hawks galore. You can kayak the peaceful Lewis river or hang on the docks and watch for animals. I was never bored and Everett is a welcoming and helpful person.

My favorite HipCamp spot so far, by far! A spot secluded right on the lake, there’s a road up the bank but still felt pretty private. We saw otters, eagles, fish, cows, geese; it was awesome. There is a dock, and like others have said is under remodel, but in the day time would feel plenty confident walking out on to it. Still a short ride into the small town nearby which had a great breakfast/dinner spot, and not too far from Portland for weekend activities. Made for a great weekend and honestly can’t wait to find an excuse to stay in the area again!

I just stayed for one night and didn't use the amenities, but it was beautiful there and Everett was very helpful and available to communicate.
