Purchased during the 2015 Valley Fire, Avina Ranch is 322 acres of raw rural fun. Previous to our owning it, it was Cobb Vista Ranch, and the Rinzai Zen Center on Mt. Cobb Please come join us in our new adventures!

We're happy to allow camping on the property. There's a pizza shop & gas station 5 minutes from the property and there's good ATT cell service coverage.
