We can also arrange to teach a weaving class for a fee. To learn more about our farm, you can visit Lanthorn.ca. We are home to a deer refuge founded in partnership with the Humane Society Canada which cares for a herd of sika deer rescued from a zoo closure. We also raise a small number of chicken, and sheep.

This was a great experience, the host was there to greet me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The lake is great for a swim, especially on a hot day. The dog Jack was so cute too! I would recommend it!

Gerry’s land is great— multiple private spots to camp at the junction of 2 rivers. The area is rural with farms and a forest preserve. GREAT mountain biking and gravel riding nearby. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent. Gerry is an excellent, helpful, enthusiastic and generous host!

A gorgeous spot next to the pond with lots of privacy, an extremely welcoming host who provided us with everything we needed, an adorable little dog (and chickens!) who kept us company for our morning coffee... My husband and I camped for the night in our roof top tent. We had such a warm greeting from the hosts and Mary showed us around the property. The property is beautiful. We walked through the woods and up the mountains. The animals were our favourite part of the visit. Overall, it was the perfect 24 hour getaway! And the stars at night were magnificent. It was a clear and cool night. We will be back!

Parc National du Mont-Tremblant
