Weekend Trip to Purple Sunset

My wife and I had such a wonderful time. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained , you can really feel the care that goes into it. Alain was an exceptional host. He was welcoming, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely puts so much heart into making guests feel at home. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. We can’t wait to come back! ☺️

The sunsets were beautiful ( reds,oranges,pinks and purples) Little fire area and a good amount of land to roam around. The tiny house had what was needed. It was very quaint and cozy. The host Alain was really kind and easy to talk to.

When to go

There's no bad time to visit Lac-Brome, as it caters to visitors year-round. July and August can be very busy, while fall is a fantastic time for changing sugar maple leaves, a countryside ablaze in colour, and fresh produce aplenty. Winter sports are also an option for cold-weather adventurers.

Know before you go

While cell reception in Lac-Brome is usually good, it can be patchy or nonexistent in the parks surrounding the town.
Have a translation app on your phone—not everyone you meet will be fluent in English.
There are multiple EV charging stations in and around Lac-Brome.
