When to go

A year-round destination with perhaps a heavier emphasis on winter tourism, Bromont offers a variety of seasonal pleasures. Summers are busy but glorious, and fall is spectacularly pretty. Winter camping is possible in the parks, with most offering cabins and other accommodations to facilitate this if you don't fancy -10°C in a tent. (It can get much colder!)

Know before you go

Though it is possible to get to this region by transit (a private shuttle company runs people from Montreal to the Eastern Townships), you’ll find it really difficult to explore this area without a vehicle of your own.
If your only Quebec experience before has been in Montreal, it can be a bit of a culture shock to realize English is not spoken as fluently outside the city. Have a translation app ready on your phone.
There are plenty of EV charging stations in this city.
Bromont has several outdoor outfitters where you can pick up camping gear and supplies.
