Welcome to Beautiful Field Farm, our family-run orchard and homestead tucked into the quiet forests of Naughton, Ontario. This is more than just a place to camp it’s a chance to slow down, breathe fresh air, and reconnect with nature in a peaceful farm setting.
We’ve created a mix of secluded forest tent clearings and private RV pads, each surrounded by trees for privacy and space. This is primitive, off-grid camping no hookups, no running water, and no electricity just the essentials and the stars overhead. For your comfort, we’ve built a brand-new farm outhouse, kept clean and simple.
Our guests love to spend time at the farm’s private pond, a half-acre oasis tucked at the back of the property. There are multiple hammocks set up around the water, perfect for reading, napping, or watching the dragonflies dance across the surface. On warm days, bring your chair or blanket and relax by the pond’s edge, or wander the orchard trails and forest paths that weave across the land.
In season, you’ll find life on the farm buzzing with energy fruit trees heavy with apples, bees working the blossoms, and cider pressing in the fall. We often have farm-fresh produce, firewood bundles, and local treats available for guests to purchase, so you can enjoy true farm-to-table experiences right on site.
At night, the property comes alive in its own way: clear, dark skies for stargazing, the crackle of campfires in the distance, and the soft rustle of the forest. Whether you’re in a tent, camper, or RV, you’ll find this to be a safe, welcoming, and peaceful base for your getaway.

Life on the farm is never lonely; we share our space with a few friendly barn cats who love to wander the orchard and lounge in the sunshine. They’re curious and social, often coming by to say hello to campers.
We also keep a lively chicken coop on the farm. Expect to hear the roosters crowing at sunrise a true country alarm clock! The hens roam and cluck nearby, adding to the authentic farm atmosphere.

What's included?
An offgrid rustic style bunkie that sleeps 2 in the loft (double mattress), 1 comfortably on the sofa pullout, and one more small person on the chair that turns into a small cot. Linen and pillows are included.
Rusty also provides cooking pots, pans, dishes, and eating utensils, along with a small amount of non-potable water to clean hands and dishes.
Firepit with cooking grate is available for hipcampers. Outdoor cooking only. Wood can be provided as requested. Please do not cut from property.
A small hiking trail on the property will lead you to Rustys favorite hangout, Red Deer Lake. The trail is a bit of a challenge with many obstacles so please use caution and take your time. Those who rent kayaks or pedal boat will have their vessel waiting for them at this location. Please say "Hi" to Rusty when passing by on your hike to Red Deer Lake.
Trails for atv/utvs or others looking for a longer adventure are available a short walking distance off site. Message for further details.
A cedar and pine outhouse is available. This outhouse contains a composting toilet that is emptied between stays. This keeps odors down.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this property. It was truly memorable—not just because of the beautiful place itself, but also because of the positive and light atmosphere that made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
Beth and her dogs were incredibly accommodating. She started our visit with a tour of the property, which made us feel right at home. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Despite the seasonal mosquitoes, we still enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The sauna was absolutely superb and added even more to the overall experience. Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations, and we left with great memories.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1 night at BAM’s Spanish Riviera
Perfect stop between Little Current and Sudbury. The Century-Old Dovetailed Cabin is super cozy and it was lovely to curl up in the chair and read while the rain hit the roof. Even with the cold rainy October temps, I was super warm with the help of a powerful heater. This Hipcamp is a piece of history with lots of things to explore. Beth and her pups are great hosts. I hope to return for a longer stay with a kayak in tow.

Weekend Trip to BAM’s Spanish Riviera
Beth is a wonderful host and such an interesting person - I’m so grateful I found her place. Her land and the historic buildings she has renovated with care lie along the Spanish River and all come together to create an amazing place. It was a treat to stay at this former canoeing base camp knowing it was built in the 1920s and that it was a part of the area's history. Cabin #3 where I stayed was right on the river, charming in its rusticity and a cozy and lovely space. Coincidentally, Beth is also a co-organizer of Sudbury’s first Latin American Film Festival, which I luckily got to attend. I had a wonderful stay - thank you Beth and all the best!

Cabin was nicely furnished and fit me, my husband, our large dog, and 8 month old son very well. Large mostly flat grassy area was perfect for the dog and the baby.
We saw Kevin when we arrived & he was very nice and helpful. After that, we didn’t see a single person for the 3 days we were there.
Saying hi to rusty on the way to the lake was cute and made me laugh. Not a very groomed trail, was nice and easy enough but definitely tripping hazards for anyone with any mobility issues. There is also a large step up into the cabin so bring a sturdy stool if you’re coming with youngins or others who may have a hard time with that.
Fire pit came with racks was great for cooking and keeping warm late at night.
We had a great time in this private off grid cabin, would definitely come back another time !

It was really an amazing experience we have had for 2 days
Though it was one night and 2 days experience we felt that we are living there since months.
We have done canoeing, experienced sauna, had bonfire and next day again did canoeing.
We met Beth's friend and her mom and they really treated us like a part of there house, taking care of whatever we need and informing all the rules for canoeing with love.
Moreover we had a lovely and a unique experience with sauna, because we have to sit in sauna and when it's too hot we have to dive in river and again come back to sauna, We did that a couple of times which gave us a sense of refreshment.
Apart from this the cabin have a good space than we expected and the kitchen which is common and huge.
The best part we enjoyed was playing with the pets, they were so friendly. We really enjoyed Rodio's🐶 company. He is a really adorable pet.
When we came back to our house, there was this feeling of going back again and living there.
So i guess that defines everything..!

We stayed for 2 nights. The cabin was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The mosquitoes were absolutely horrible but both beds came with mosquitoe nets that were 100% needed. We mostly enjoyed relaxing in the cabin due to the intense amount of mosquitoes, but did go out on a canoe one afternoon when we had a nice breeze to keep the mosquitoes at bay. Overall, in spite of the mosquitoes, we had a wonderful stay. Our host Beth, made us coffee and tea and was readily available to answer any questions we had and did her best to make us feel welcome. Overall, the property and host were both excellent.
