You’ll love the tranquility of this place and as well, the occasional howling of the coyotes in the evenings! This location is minutes to local beaches, Lake Erie, and Golf courses. 5 mins to the popular restaurant on the lake.There are trails on-site for hiking and many activities to do in the area including fishing, swimming, hiking, and wildlife watching. This is intended to be a back-to-nature tranquil experience, so no parties, no events, quiet hours are from 10 am to 7 am. 2 nights at ICAN-T.E.R. Farm
The farm was a special place. Peaceful, beautiful, and definitely therapeutic. All of the staff and volunteers on the farm were welcoming and informative. The cabin that we stayed in had everything we needed to be comfortable. There was no indoor plumbing but we had water for drinking and washing dishes. There was a BBQ for cooking and boiling water. Karen provided us with a golf cart to explore the wetlands and other hidden gems on the farm and to carry our luggage. She also surprised us with a pretty bouquet of farm flowers and fresh eggs. If you weren't relaxing on the farm you could head to a near by beach or town for restaurants, shops or a farmer's market.

The property is so huge and beautiful, the host is great friendly and welcoming. We were so secluded and close to the nature with lots of birds flying around. Also so close to the beach. Our stay was 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!!!
I wish we had a little more time to explore the farm, animals and trails.

Weekend Trip to ICAN-T.E.R. Farm
We absolutely loved staying on the farm and experiencing the connection to the land. We were so grateful to be able to have toured the land and spent time on it as well as try farm fresh eggs and produce. The cabin has absolutely everything you could need, all the way down to forks and salt and cooking oil. There was kindling and firewood set up for us as well as a treasure trove of games to play. We never wanted for anything the entire time we were there and even if we did, we knew that Helen was just a text away. If you love the environment, connecting with nature, and crave the silence of camping but the comfort of a soft mattress, this is the perfect place for you. The cabin is completely private and everyone on the farm is very respectful of your space and vacation.
