The south side of the property is bordered by the Columbia and Western Rail trail, which provides access to Downtown Grand Forks by foot in about twenty minutes. The north side of the property is edged by the Kettle River, which offers a private beach that is well suited for cooling off during the hot summer days. There are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and the magical family of mature trees provides the perfect opportunity for observing the abundance of birds and wildlife that frequent the property throughout the day.
