Weekend Trip to QWRC Alpacas
MJ is the most lovely lady. What an honour to be a guest to this property. The property is very picturesque. And the alpacas and llamas are of course adorable. Absolutely would recommend staying at this location. We were in a pinch to find something suitable for what we needed because we're 4 season tenters. Thank you, MJ! From the bottom of our hearts.

We loved camping at the Secret Sanctuary! We brought our own glamping and got the breakfast delivered to your site as an add on. Absolutely delicious! The whole experience and vibe of this place is really something special. We were looking for a getaway close to the city that offered privacy (which is hard to find these days) and were not disappointed. We want to bring the whole family next time we come! The hot shower and compost toilets were great, the trails and nearby lakes were awesome for exploring, and Denika and her family were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars! Also make sure to check out the store for amazing salves, delicious teas, and cute pottery!

The weekend was wonderful. The glamping tent was beautiful and the bed was cozy warm. The morning breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire being visited by a llama! We walked the trails and hugged a tree. Great time. Thankyou you Denika and family.

Was a very nice place. Meeting Adam and learning about ranch was a wonderful experience. Very hospitable and so relaxing. The lake was a short drive away. It was really hot so we were able to have a water gun fight around the campsite. It’s a wonderful place and would go again.

it was a wonderful experience! we had a two-day family vacation in the third suite with our own tent, but after we looked around the area and saw what the owners offer, we will definitely come back without a tent ;-) Very spacious, friendly, great trails for walking and everything you need for a wonderful vacation and even more! This was our first tent camping experience. We travelled almost 3 hours to this place based on the reviews. Spent 2 nights and 1 day. Loved this place: - Privacy and safety: 5/5 - Cleanliness : 5/5 : Eco toilet is something you have to deal with during the stay. - Host: Super helpful 5/5 - Noice: 3.5/5 - it was generally quiet, but last day there was a party which lasted till 12 AM. I would recommend this place for anyone who prefers a place which is clean, safe, and private❤️

We had a lovely time at Adam’s property. It is a very scenic spot, surrounded by a meadow. It is a working cattle ranch, and Adam gave us tour of his ethical cattle ranching operation. My kids loved it. You are surrounded by nature, trees and horses which was lovely to wake up to. There is the world’s friendliest barn cat who made herself at home with us, too. It is rustic as described in the listing with a fair amount of bugs in the heat of the summer. We had a screen tent for cooking and eating which made it fine. There is a big firepit for roasting hot dogs and s’mores which we did every night. It’s so remote that you can see all the stars at night. Adam really was an amazing host, running an extra power cord to our tent and helping when I ran out of propane. It was a pleasure to stay on his ranch and I would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved it. The Birch Glamping tent was our home this past weekend. Truly glamping, the tent was had all the comforts of home, very clean and the bed and futon were very comfortable. Denika and her family are so friendly and welcoming you felt right at ease immediately. This is such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful escape you will want to book your next stay there, I know I will be.

The rv was well kept and beautiful. The fridge was broken but they provided an extra cooler in lieu so that caused no panic. You get free firewood to start and we paid $20 for an extra load (which was massive). Will definitely go back.

I really I liked it there. The Lama roaming around was really cool. I was hoping they would visit our site, hopefully next time. We really enjoyed meeting the dogs as well. The chain saw sound was not great during the day. That was the only draw back. I would go again!
