What is the climate like in Mataranka?

Mataranka experiences two main seasons: the wet season, which lasts from November to March, and the dry season, which lasts from April to October. The peak tourist season is during the dry season when temperatures are cooler. The wet season brings heavy rain and flooding in some areas, making camping difficult or inadvisable. The climate is also extremely hot and humid during the wet season.
