Peaceful Pastures is set over 9.3 acres. The back 5 acres has a watercourse running through which wild ducks frequent. The front 4 acres has a shed in the centre and 3 caravan campsites. We welcome quiet and considerate campers, who are self-contained with their own facilities. A self-contained fire pit is provided at each of the 3 campsites, for use outside the state fire ban that extends from Nov 1st to May 10th. Firewood may be available, but bringing your own is recommended. There is a small water tank, with rainwater available at the tap. This is to be used minimally at times of no rain and not to be used for car or van washing. There are a number of wild kangaroos and emus in the area, which can often be seen when driving along the road. The property is located 2.2 km off the South-Western Highway along a quiet, sealed road. Close by is the Kirup Tavern which has well-priced meals, pool tables and dartboards. It's a 15-minute drive from Donnybrook, with shops, restaurants, weekend markets and the Apple Fun Park, and 11 minutes from the tourist town of Balingup. Guests are welcome to use the trampoline, but children must be supervised, as there is no safety enclosure fitted.

This site is a lovely flat grassy space. When there is no fireban, campers here have exclusive use of the large gravel firepit area. Park anywhere between the driveway and front fence. Dogs must stay within the property boundary. If they're inclined to wander off they must be kept secured. One self-contained van can be accommodated on this site, belonging to the same party, with a total maximum of 4 guests. Please take all rubbish when you leave.

This spot is grassed and level, looking towards the fenced off back paddock which has 2 watercourses and wild ducks. Park anywhere on the right before you reach the shed. Two tents or self-contained vans can be accommodated on this site, belonging to the same party, with a total maximum of 8 guests. The site is close to the dog play area. If you book this site, you can have exclusive use of the enclosure, if you wish. There is a fire pit area provided at the camp site. Wood may be provided, but it's best to bring your own in case there's none available.

This site is past the shed and off the driveway cul de sac. A lovely flat area with expansive views. The site has its own firepit. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the properties fences, or be secured at all times. All campers must be in self-contained vehicles, with their own camp toilet. Please take all waste with you.

Lovely peaceful spot to camp, skies were beautiful and David was a pleasure to deal with and gave great instructions. It was a very wet weekend and ground got a bit soggy but the rain levels were well above normal for that time of year. Perfect place for staying for the Balingup Medieval Carnivale, close enough yet peaceful and Kirup pub was great for a dinner.

Great camp. Spaced out camp areas. Fire pits for each area and nice surroundings to investigate. Very close to Kirrup, and far enough off the main road that you don't hear any traffic. Also easy enough to get into with large vans.

What a beautiful spot! Very very peaceful, beautiful and green flat space, beautiful view. Would definitely go again. Only 3 sites, we had the place to ourselves.

Location was excellent. Plenty of room for setting up. Very little traffic on the adjacent road so it was quiet. Great communication from the host. Dog friendly site. We would recommend to others using with either a camper trailer or caravan.
