Welcome to Citrus Park – A peaceful escape under the stars Self-contained vans only | Pet friendly | Horse paddock available Escape to the peaceful beauty of Citrus Park, a quiet spot just 30 minutes from Ellenbrook and the Swan Valley and 10 minutes from Bullsbrook. Located on the Chittering Valley scenic drive! Set among trees including a variety of fruit trees, this is a calm and spacious retreat where you can unwind to the sounds of birds, rustling leaves, and nature all around you including emus and kangaroos. We welcome self-contained caravans and vans only—there are no toilets or showers, so you must bring your own facilities. There are 4 spots in our hipcamp area. Other areas available on our property pending weather and availability. Our property can also easily accommodate exclusive large group bookings, making it perfect for meetups, family gatherings, or a quiet weekend (or mid week) with friends. (Please enquire within) For those who just want the peace and tranquility, we can offer this too! Interested in adult only getaways? Or have a specific group requirement? Enquire within! Friendly farm vibes: You may be lucky enough to meet our sheep, cows, donkeys and chickens who occasionally wander up to the fence to say hello. We also offer a paddock space if you'd like to bring your horse (additional fees, simply enquire ahead of time.) Key features: Sites a short walk to the river (subject to availability. If you are booking a site to utilise the river please advise asap) Pet friendly (preferably on lead only and by arrangement) Horse paddock available (by arrangement and additional fees) -private bridle trail on the property. Beautiful views, birdlife, kangaroos and peaceful surroundings Away from light pollution, allowing you to see the stars Close to Swan Valley wineries and attractions Ground cover will vary depending on the time of year. Options for private use Important notes: 🚫 Do not enter paddocks 🚜 Please keep all gates closed 🚿 No amenities, no power, no water – self-contained setups only 🔥 Fire pits available during the season only (subject to fire restrictions) Citrus Park is all about switching off, soaking in the natural beauty, and enjoying the simple charm of a country stay. Fire pits only during burning season. Dogs/horses by prior arrangement. Tents and other caravans/vans welcome, providing you bring your own toilet facilities and all that you need. No smoking please. Please note winter and summer photos. The ground cover will vary depending on the time of year. If you want to utilise the river, please advise asap so we can book you in a time slot. The river (and front paddocks) get used by our sniff space users regularly. (These are owners and their dogs who wish to walk their dogs privately, away from others for various reasons. Please contact if you'd like more information on this). The 2 sites are located along a dirt track and up a bit of a hill. Please ensure you are comfortable towing and reversing your vehicles/caravans on a dirt track and up a hill.
