Wake up to the music of bird song and fall asleep to the chorus of frogs. Close to beautiful beaches for surfing and fishing. Forest walks next to property. Munda Biddi mountain bike track and Bibbulmun track close by. Limited mobile reception and no wi-fi, unplug and let nature recharge your soulBooyiup is an old railway carriage that has been converted to cosy, self-contained accommodation, with an attached bathroom - hot shower and a compost toilet. Booyiup is nestled amongst mature Marri trees and next to a dam. Wildlife is abundant - frogs, birds, possums and bandicoots can all be seen by visitors. The carriage has a comfortable queen size bed, lounge chairs and table and chairs for indoor dining. The kitchen is outdoor, but undercover with fridge, gas cooker and BBQ. It's fully equipped with all the cookware, crockery and cutlery you will need.

Booyiup is an old railway carriage that has been converted to cosy, self-contained accommodation, with an attached bathroom - hot shower and a compost toilet. Booyiup is nestled amongst mature Marri trees and next to a dam. Wildlife is abundant - frogs, birds, possums and bandicoots can all be seen by visitors. The carriage has a comfortable queen size bed, lounge chairs and table and chairs for indoor dining. The kitchen is outdoor, but undercover with fridge, gas cooker and BBQ. It's fully equipped with all the cookware, crockery and cutlery you will need.
