The river is the heart of it all and only a 2-minute walk away, inviting you down for a wander, a sit, or simply a moment to pause and take it all in. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and where doing nothing somehow feels like the best plan of all. Life here leans into a true country experience. You’ll wake to the sounds of nature, breathe in fresh, crisp air, and enjoy the simple rhythm of rural living. Sheep quietly graze across the property, adding to the peaceful charm—and if you feel like it, you’re more than welcome to feed them with us present and enjoy a small taste of farm life during your stay. Kate’s property is simply stunning! You are so close to collie but it feels like your worlds away. Kate and her family were extremely helpful we even got to feed the sheep our kids had a wonderful time. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with amazing hosts you must book here. Can not recommend enough!! I will absolutely be staying again.
