Charlotte Plains is a 70,000 acre working sheep and cattle property in outback Qld. Having been in the family for 97 years the station is steeped in history. Come and enjoy natures Hot Artesian Spa on the property, explore the shearing shed, observe birdlife and wildflowers and wonder at the collection in the Home of Memorabilia. Your hosts are down to earth and endeavour to share the authenticity of the bush with you. Bring your caravan or tent and enjoy unpowered camping at the Bore Campsite or hook up to power at the Shearers Quarters. Charlotte Plains is pet friendly. You will love visiting this authentic outback station, we recommend a Station History Tour too. Very popular!

    Amazing!!! Cannot wait to go back. 2 days wasn't long enough. The artesan baths are stunning, the farm tour awesome, location amazing, facilities clean and such a lovely, helpful host!! The only thing I would recommend is getting familiar with directions before you come as the property is enormous!

    Robyn is a friendly host. Enjoyed our second stay here, the hot outdoor baths fantastic. Stunning remote outback surrounds, scenic sunrise & sunsets.

    We had the place all to ourselves due to some weather conditions. Stayed at the unpowered Artesian Bore Site for 5 days. Unlimited hot water! Large area to choose from, flushing toilets a luxury. Lots of campfire cooking. Really enjoyed our stay. Robyn & Michael were great and made sure we were ok.

    We had the powered site near the shearing sheds. The amenities were great considering the isolation. I took some amazing photographs. Took our kelpie who enjoyed the freedom. The baths at the bore were the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this experience.
