Whether you’re camping, glamping, or sleeping high in a treehouse, this is your jumping-off point for biking, hiking, paddling, zip-lining, chasing waterfalls—or simply slowing down on our beautiful 38-acre property. With a lovely new bathhouse, sauna and cold plunge, mountain bike trails, hiking paths, creeks, waterfalls, and wide-open space to relax, you don’t even have to leave camp to feel immersed in nature. Our one-of-a-kind treehouse is nestled high in the woods, surrounded by nothing but forest—yet equipped with all the comforts you could want: a tiled shower (with a tree in the bathroom), kitchen, heat and A/C, a loft that is perfect for the kids. The cozy A-frame cabin sits beside the creek and offer tons of charm. Three rustic, historic cabins have been thoughtfully restored to preserve their old charm while adding modern comforts. Each cabin features either a roll-down cover or glass doors that open you to the outdoors, plus the amenities that make camping easy. We also offer two tent sites and a lovely bathhouse with two private rooms (each with sink, shower, and toilet), plus an outdoor shower in the warmer months. Every stay offers a unique way to reconnect—with loved ones, with friends, or with yourself. You get your best view of the treehouse floating in the sky as you start over the swinging bridge. The treehouse floats high above the forest and when you land on the other side of the bridge you are greeted by a real treehouse. Fully supported by four poplar trees the treehouse blends among the forest canopy. You get a glimpse of the wood inspired interior through the glass door. Open the door to reveal a cozy treehouse full of charm. Custom walnut countertops and shelves, harvested from our property, frame the kitchen, which includes a cooktop, fridge and all the amenities you need. Swing the kitchen windows open to the outside deck, which towers above the forest floor. Eat on the outside bar top or on the bistro table inside or outside. Slide the glass doors open and lay on the comfy queen bed, soak in the views, listen for the nearby waterfall as you fully relax in the trees. The full bathroom is full of charm with a custom tiled shower, sink and toilet, all surrounded by a tree inside the bathroom. The ladder to the loft snakes through a floating net. We loved our short stay! Our family, including a 9 year old boy, enjoyed hiking the trails to the cold plunge and bathhouse. The bathhouse was a treat after a long day. The shelter we stayed in was perfect. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Tons of room, beautiful piece of land. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was fairly secluded, and gave us a pleasant camping experience while also providing nice showers. We enjoyed the cold plunge and sauna, and appreciated that the cabin had cooking supplies, dishes and utensils. The creek didn’t have much water in it but our kids still enjoyed playing in it!

The campsite was great not as secluded as we would’ve loved, but the facilities were amazing. The bathroom and the showers were very nice. The cold plunge and the sauna were absolutely beautiful. Directions were easy to get to clean up and packing out was easy would definitely recommend very great communication as well.

Overall good experience, water source was lacking but definitely due to lack of rain in the area and the filtration systems could use some attention as they don’t smell pleasant, but a few jugs of water with you solves that easily. Cold plunge and sauna are a really nice touch and the bath house is probably one of the nicest ones I’ve been in.

Rustic Open Air Cabin - Corn Crib
Corn Cabin is the perfect getaway if you're looking for privacy and a relaxing escape! Before our stay, we saw another review that mentioned concerns about privacy, so we were a little hesitant. Thankfully, that wasn't our experience at all, we had plenty of privacy and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. We loved the short walk to the beautiful, clean bathhouse, and the sauna and cold plunge area were an incredible bonus. Every detail of the property has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and memorable experience. The owner and host were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back. 10/10 highly recommend!

What a lovely stay! The Corn Crib was perfectly cozy and all the amenities were thoughtful without being too much of a glamping experience. Having actual showers and toilets definitely helps to make the experience a bit more enjoyable and the cold plunge and sauna were a delight! This is a close drive for my fiancée and I, so we will be back to try out the campsites and the other cabins!

Loved it. Stayed at bills cabin the open air was neat and the screens kept it warm overnight. I imagine in the cooler months with the wood stove it’d be toast. Cooking equipment was nice to have. Loved the sauna and cold plunge. We will be back

This is a beautiful place to reset and connect to family, friends, and nature. The shelter is well-made and a lovely place to enjoy a rain storm, have a campfire, cook, have fresh water, sleep to the sounds of the creek, have a sauna and cold plunge, all within a short walk of a beautiful bathhouse! It had everything we needed with lights and cook stove and pans/dishes and solar charger. It is very open air, but we had no mosquitos in June! It was perfect sleeping weather.

I tent camp here about a year ago, and loved it. The work and improvements they did over the winter is absolutely impressive. From the luxurious bathhouse, to the sitting area near the sauna and the Cold plunge in the creek, I'm am impressed. Love staying here!! Amazing staff.

The A-frame was comfortable, and I liked that the door was facing the creek. The sound of the water was peaceful. The A-frame was well stocked, and the land amenities were awesome. The bathrooms were clean, and we enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. There were fireflies when we stayed. We'd love to stay on this lovely land again.

The treehouse was a beautiful stopover for our girls road trip! The house itself is beautiful and has all the amenities and creature comforts while still being out in nature. The property is nice and private, and within short distance to lots of nearby places to visit. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful spot to camp! We loved the sounds of the creek, time at the sauna & cold plunge and beautiful bathhouse, all within walking distance from our site. Fire pit, picnic table and wagon were great and it was convenient to be able to purchase wood. The sites were pretty private, though you could hear folks at the cabin up the road.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in the trees at Cold Spring Base Camp. The tree house has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. The space is full of beautiful details from the beautiful countertop to the tree growing in the bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfortable, lots of hot water in the shower with nice toiletries and enough supplies in the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Having coffee or a cocktail on the deck was magical. We plan to return.

Cute concept but way too packed and not secluded at all. The creek wasn’t accessible inless you were campsite 1 or 2 from what we seen so we were unable to enjoy it with our kiddos. The cabin was a cool concept but the fact that a road is directly behind where your head rest to sleep was horrible as the traffic was all times of the night and would constantly wake the family. We also had campers that were extremely loud and kept us awake too. The sites are way to close and the images make the cabin look way more secluded and wooded when it’s not that at all. The cold plunge was pretty cool and so was the sauna the location also offered 3 showers but 2 of which houses the bathroom which seemed to stay full and wasn’t the best for little ones that had to use the restrooms would be nice if they offered a stall style restroom area. The filter bucket didn’t work for us either. Would definitely not visit this campground again unfortunately.

AMAZING!! 💯 would stay here again! The land, the comforts of home, the view and sauna to the creek fed cold plunge… truly a one of a kind stay. Our 14 year old loved the loft and adventure. So unique I almost don’t want to share the good news.🥴

Rustic Cabin with Wood Stove
The property is a gem in this area. The rustic cabin was perfect for our group. The facilities were impressive. Nicest campground bathrooms I have ever been in. The cold plunge and sauna was a nice touch and unique. There are trails on the property for hiking or biking and even a waterfall. Great place to base camp and would highly recommend to anyone!

Secluded Creekside Cabin
We had a great weekend staying in the Teela Springs Cabin at Cold Springs Basecamp! It was probably the easiest camping trip we’ve ever done as a family. No need for a tent or cooking gear since it was all included with the cabin. A great way to get outdoors and spend time with the family. The cabin had a lot of privacy compared to the other sites we saw which we really enjoyed.

Secluded Creekside A-Frame
Great stay and beautiful new bathhouse! Wonderful communication from the host and small details were thought of with amenities in the cabin. We didn't have time to use the sauna this visit but would love to return!

Parke's Stand Treehouse
Unique stay! The treehouse was so magical and perfect! It had everything you could need and was super cozy and peaceful! The bed faces the east so it was really nice to be able to just roll over and see the sun coming up while you were amongst the trees! Great centralized location to towns and hiking as well! Communication was solid which I always appreciate. We definitely plan on coming back and would highly recommend anyone looking for a unique experience!

The treehouse was a perfect little getaway. We really enjoyed being up in the trees for a few nights. Everything about the site is really well thought out and was well maintained. The sauna and cold plunge were awesome. Will definitely come back with a larger party sometime to stay in Bills cabin.

Rustic Open Air Cabin - Corn Crib
From the drive up to the spot to the spot itself the Corn Crib is the way to go ! Would highly recommend and will be visiting again for longer with a bigger crew .
