With a sprawling dam and creek weaving through its grounds, our beautiful farm invites you to immerse yourself in nature.
Situated on a generous parcel of land, this property boasts a spacious pad & spots by the creek where you can park up your van/bus/ motor home, offering easy access to beautiful beaches, rivers & national parks that are all close by.
As you step out onto the grounds, you will be greeted by the beauty of the surrounding Aussie bush & farm land waiting to be explored.
With the perfect blend of natural beauty and convenient access to breathtaking beaches, rivers and national parks, this property offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking a harmonious weekend away or just an over night stay on the south coast. Within 15 mins south you'll end up in Batemans bay, & Ulladulla is a 25 min drive north so you have the best of both worlds.
And depending on the season & stock we normally have organic pasture raised eggs for sale & veg from the garden.Enjoy 117 acres of natural beauty, 15 minutes from Batemans Bay (south) 25 minutes from Ulladulla (north) and 10 minutes from Pebbly Beach (east) we have the most pristine beaches available on the south coast💫

7pm in the summer ... NO EXCEPTIONS.
We also have a strict no loud noise after 9pm policy.
We offer a beautiful farm environment to rest for the night or stay for a few and enjoy all that the local area has to offer. Located off the highway, some road noise may be heard. Only 10 minutes from amazing beach fishing at Durras and beautiful Long Beach known for its kayaking and paddle boarding.
There is so much to see and do in the area. You could Climb Pigeon House Mountain or durras mountain. There are loads of bush walks in the area & the beautiful shallow crossing river is about 15- 20mins drive.
Upon arrival, you will be able to choose a spot on the property that you wish to set up. There are a couple spots located next to the seasonal flowing creek if you’re lucky to score a spot, or there are many other flat spots. All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and take all waste when they go. Strictly no 'digging a hole.'
When booking please note that one site is big enough for your van or tent, the extras button is for extra guest/children in your tent or van.
If you have guests with another tent or van and vehicle they need to book their own site
There are many beautiful places to eat south & north plus pubs & clubs are a near convenience. or you can just kick back by your own fire pit and enjoy the stars at Apple tree farm 💫
Campfires are permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place, plenty of free wood to gather & cut, but please do not bring an axe or chainsaw to cut down our trees, we have seasoned fire wood for sale small bags $15 or large $30
Self contained campers only - you must have own camping toilet and take your own rubbish with you. We have a limited supply of water but your welcome to use Creek water for washing up (do not drink) we prefer you to BYO water. Dog friendly on leash or supervised. (Other dogs on the farm)
It is rustic...not for the caravan park crowd, all sites are slashed and not mowed to look like perfect.
