Guthrie Meadows Yellow Door Cabin
My stay at Guthrie Meadows was welcoming and comfortable, the property overall was lovely and had quite a bit to see and enjoy! Driving in I was greeted by several alpacas and a few horses, then into the cabin area of the property which was nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Four cabins are nicely spaced apart at the edge of a forested area, which itself has some lovely trails, the longest running along a creek. The Yellow cabin is the farthest from the shower trailer but definitely walkable- or just drive down the hill. The cabin was very comfortable and if you want seclusion or just quiet, a good choice. The hosts sent me lots of good info about getting to and spending time on their property, the day before my arrival. I’d definitely go back. When/if I get the chance!

Fun in Yellow Door Cabin
My partner and I loved the yellow door cabin’s feeling of privacy and a bit of seclusion. The cabin was quaint and cozy! We enjoyed the refrigerator and the ability to sit and play Uno at the table provided! I personally loved having the shower/running water trailer to freshen up! We loved the horses and alpacas, the expansive greenery and the ability to use the firewood provided to make a fire and sit out and relax together. It was a truly beautiful spot and we can’t wait to return soon!

Great get away
Had a great time in the red cabin. Quite and peaceful. We go to pet the horses, and enjoyed walking on the trails. A great place to escape for a few days.
