The Zion Tent
They mentioned that 'toilet is available', but there was no specific toilet space assigned to anyone who rented the rent. We had to use the restroom of a cafe nearby which CLOSES at 10 PM. This was very inconvenient and we couldn't enjoy the stay. Wish they had informed us about this beforehand.

They have mentioned that ‘Toilet is available’ but there is no specific toilet space assigned to anyone who rents the tent! You can go to the restroom inside a cafe nearby but they are only open until 10 PM (which they have failed to mention). So, if you need to use the restroom between 10 PM - 8 AM, you need to go to a public restroom which is 2-3 mins (drive) away from the tent. We couldn’t quite enjoy the stay because of this; wish they would have explicitly mentioned about it beforehand.

The directions were easy to follow and the cafe had great food for dinner! We got some low temps and high winds overnight, but the tent had plenty of blankets to stay warm. Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge is a beautiful place! We are so glad we had a chance to see the landscape and wildlife, and hope to return.

Happy Glamper
This is my 3rd stay, and I don't repeat bad experiences, so again, I plan to return. I live in the busy DFW metroplex, so this tent as well as The Healthy Hippie Cafe, are a welcome sight and escape from crowding and noise. I also love that it's really private. No neighbors as of yet, so you really get to experience some solitude with wildlife surrounding you. The tent is very sturdy, and the bed/pillows are very comfortable.
I plan to try more items from their menu (dining), but from my limited exposure, what I have eaten there has been delicious.
The hosts are very welcoming and make you feel at home. And if you need any assistance planning your adventures while staying in Medicine Park, they are very helpful and knowledgeable in that area too.
Five Stars! Highly recommend.
