Various wells on property to fill up water. In the summer months you may camp alongside Highland cattle, horses, or sheep!Pitch your tent on one of our lookout points between the ponderosa pines. Enjoy seclusion while watching wildlife and look down on the Niobrara River Valley. You’ll be treated to amazing sunrises and sunsets with unobstructed 360 degree views. There are many game trails to explore this 500 acre property on foot or mountain bike. Please be mindful of ranch animals who may be grazing nearby!

For those that enjoy seclusion

If you were looking for total seclusion in a very beautiful place, this is it. All you will have is the wind, the birds, the crickets and the beautiful sky for company. The walks into the surrounding hills were mesmerizing.
