Staying on Kyle's land in my campervan was a blast. There are 30A electric hookups as well as water hookups at each site, and the space was perfectly-sized for my campervan and outside setup, with room for my dog. Kyle himself is extremely kind and easy to work with, and was very flexible with accommodating my needs. The horses were very sweet and the other campers were great neighbors. The area was quiet and felt very private. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our couple days at Kyle’s ❤️ Peaceful place with water and electric and horses for neighbors. It was great! Best to call him directly before arriving 415-226-4750

Site was located right next to horse stalls. Beautifully lit in the evenings. Kyle was very accommodating and assisted with backing into the site. Serene wooded site.

Kyle is an amazing guy. The place is small and quiet. The sites are well shaded, but it's not easy to level yourself in all sites. We had 30ft fifth wheel and without Kyle's help I don't think we could make it into the site.
Most important things - Google maps will take you through a dirt road - Don't go there. Call Kyle before you arrive :)

Perfect spot for in the country. Nice place to break away and enjoy the night sky. Host was super friendly and pleasent. Being able to pet and feed the horses, on top of the view to the pens upon wake up was really neat. The spot is tight but we did have a HUGE RV. Did take a bit to level RV out with uneven ground but host was helpful in assisting us at all. Cute hanging bulb lights to light up the back yard as well.

Farm life is the life for we!!!
We loved this little piece of earth! Kyle was super nice, he gave us carrots to feed the horses (even though I was a complete arse and took a carrot and snapped it in half for my dogs, 😞). Every night the horses came over to get pets and attention. The cows were friendly the last morning we were there. Trails to walk around, we were the only campers there Kyle allowed our dogs to run off leash. We live in the city and needed this farm retreat for the holiday! Hot showers and laundry facilities within walking distance. It was great to just sit and watch life go by. We will be back again.
