We have a 2-acre orchard with seasonal fruit available to be picked. ( Feb / March) The farm has over 100 king protea bushes and many other varieties of protea. Seasonal pick your own flowers too. ( Aug - Jan) Backing onto the national park and walking tracks. Jehoshaphat Gully, Shelley Harris Track, Mt Jerusalem Track. Walking distance to Kinglake historic walk, Cookson Hill Track, Mt Everard Track, Bollygum Park. Visit Mason Falls Waterfall, 12-minute drive to Kinglake West. We have 2 dogs, 6 pet sheep and 4 lambs, 2 blue tongue lizards The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm - Except December which is the Sunday before Christmas - twilight 2-7pm - No market in January. The St. Andrews market is every Saturday, 9am to 1pm just 12 minutes down the mountain. Whittlesea market is on every Monday 9am - 1pm We manage 2 sites on our farm and 2 sites on the neighboring farm

If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

Accomodation is school portable which is placed on the top of our property, Bayview Camp is also run as a business called Bayview Camp'n Horse Trails for horse enthusiasts, we have horse riding trails and horses facilities, access behind our stables. Great for hiking enthusiasts, some great trails including Labertouche Caves and Nangara Reserve. Trails can be found on the All Trails App. We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses. Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions. The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Things to Explore near by include: -Nangara Reserve (access from property) -Labertouche Caves (access from the property, walk to get there through the forest) -The Garden at Broughton Hall (5.5km) -Neerim South Brewery (8.5km) -Brandy creek Winery (11km) -Noojee Pub aswell as the Noojee Falls (18km) -Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort (40km) - Alpine Trout Farm - Little sherwood Petting Zoo -The Robinhood Inn (9.0km) On your stay you'll have the place to yourself and won't be bothered by other campers. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. Bayview Camp is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Jindivick. We are backed onto the Bunyip state forest and have direct access to many trails. At Bayview Camp you get the camping experience but have the creature comforts. We had a lovely weekend away at the Cozy Pozy! We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The van was perfect for two people and there were so many little conveniences in the van to make us feel right at home. The farm and the views were wonderful as well. We saw Rosellas, black cockatoos and gang-gang cockatoos flying over the farm daily, and were greeted by a pair of baby goats running towards us one morning which was beautiful. The farm is close to town so we enjoyed a couple of outings to the local pub for lunch and some games of pool, as well as a trip to St Andrew’s market which was less than 10 mins away. Tamara and family were so welcoming and helpful, thank you! We hope to visit again soon :)

Extremely well setup area. Amazing for families and groups who need mixed forms of camping. I have parents who can’t camp in tents anymore and need something more comfortable and the lodge worked great for that. Everyone is close by and the camp kitchen is great! Plenty of room for rvs too amazing views and super quiet (no road noise or anything). The host was lovely and even lit the fire for us when we arrived!

My partner and I stayed at the kangaroo flat and absolutely loved that it accommodated all our needs. Adrian fit us in last minute which was great as we really wanted to take our dog away for the weekend. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the camping feel without any of the uncomfortableness that can come with it. Bed was very comfortable, and the flat was very clean.

First of all, I’d like to say that Susan was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She responded to all my enquiries even before booking the place and she was ready to help with everything to make our stay an amazing one! Second, this Tiny Castle is probably one of the only places of the size that could accommodate 4 pax and would allow 2 dogs (everything I’ve looked before had a limit of 1). Now, about the place… the moment we arrived, we knew entire place had been created with so much care. Tiny Castle at Tynecastle Park Farm was awesome!!! The view was serene, the surroundings so peaceful and the place super well set up. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into everything. We had all the basics covered, plus a bunch of little extras we didn’t even think about needing but were so glad to have. Our dogs had the best time running around and just chilling out with us. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. Would definitely come back!

We have 2 dogs, 6 pet sheep and 4 lambs, 2 blue tongue lizards The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Bedroom one (1) has a double bed, Bedroom two(2) consists of 2 bunk beds a single bunk as well as a king single bunk, all bunks have full slumber mattresses and are strong enough for adults to gently sleep on and in case of extra guests we have provided two (2) foam mattresses under each bunk. Bedroom three (3) has a Queen bed with lumber support sleep-easy mattresses, ocean views can be seen from the lower level but not as well as upstairs. All Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with extra blankets and pillows for comfort for our guests. Also a centrally located bathroom with shower and toilet. The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

We have 2 dogs, 6 pet sheep and 4 lambs, 2 blue tongue lizards The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm - Except December which is the Sunday before Christmas - twilight 2-7pm - No market in January. Nestled amongst the mountains just outside of the township of Whittlesea our 40-acre property sits above the clouds. This experience comes with sweeping views, a hidden waterfall, a clear campground, and plenty of wildlife. The camping area is accessible by 4WD only, otherwise, strap on a backpack and earn it! (800m walk/hike from where a non-4WD can park). The waterfall is reached by a single trail track from the campsite, and you do need to be an experienced hiker to get to the waterfall. Which is part of the appeal! We welcome self-contained campers, who bring their own toilet and take all waste with them. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy.
