Situated on 100 acres 5km north of Robe town, and a very very short drive (or 2km walk) to beautiful Long Beach, the Robe Camel Farm is in the perfect location. Camper trailers, rooftop tents, and small campervans are suited to the Shady 1 and Shady 2 sites. These two sites are nestled amongst beautiful gums. Caravans and large motorhomes are suited to The Paddock site. The Paddock is an open site near the tourist shop. Perfect for larger set ups and great for solar. You are free to watch the camels in the paddock from behind the fenceline. If you are after a more up and personal experience with the beautiful beasts, you can book a Morning Milking Tour or a Camel Safari in our electric buggy. Book these experiences on the website www.humpalicious.com.au. Robe Camel Farm is a very relaxed environment. We will be carrying on daily jobs such as camel feeding, building, training etc. Guests are welcome to participate in daily farm life if they choose to! Note, we do keep beehives on the property, so if you are badly allergic to bees, please come prepared. Dog friendly but must be well controlled. Campfires not permitted.

Our property is located in Canuda, the terrain is hilly with several clear, flat spots good for camping. The entire 33 acres is available for you to explore on a nature walk. Any clear area within the boundary is available to camp in but a site needs to be booked and I will suggest an appropriate location. Being a declared scrub block it is undisturbed and snakes are present but if you leave them alone they will mind their own business. Small fires are permitted, only where a fire ring exists and out of fire ban season. Check listing details for more information. Gas fires and BBQ are not permitted during total fireban. More appropriate instructions are provided the day prior to booking in. The Canunda National Park is only a 4km drive from the property and has plenty of stunning beaches and beautiful walks you can enjoy. It is also a popular fishing spot and has some great 4WD tracks to explore.

Amazing spot by the beach! A quiet little spot, we were actually the only ones there but the sites are very generous in size so it would be quite private even with other campers there. Toilets and showers were very clean, and they even have a dump point which is very practical . Communication was easy via the app too. Would definitely recommend and come back! Location was great being so close to Robe too!

Fantastic quiet secluded spot, right on the beach. Facilities new and clean, with big pitches. Easy 15-20 mins drive to Robe. The guy at the Mount Benson Estate up the road is also worth a visit, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.

Great camping spot with excellent grounds and a beautiful lawn. The location is beautiful and 20 minute drive to Kingston or Robe. Amenities are well maintained, with a clean toilet block and $2 showers. A simple, comfortable stay with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again.

What a fantastic stay! Tara-Jae and her husband were extremely welcoming and Shady 2 was an excellent camp site. Tucked off of the main track in its little nook, we felt like we were in the middle of the bush. We also went on the camel feeding safari which was so fun! Their dog Max was also super friendly and came to visit us regularly as we had 2 dogs with us. Along with camels we got to see peacocks, a horse and donkey, chickens and a wallaby! We will definitely stay here again as we thoroughly loved it! Thank you Tara-Jae 😊

What a wonderful place! So peaceful, the landscape seems to absorb noise. We fully enjoyed the natural bush, observing several echidnas, rabbits, signs of wombats and listening to a chorus of different birds during our stay. We saw the 2 resident wedge tail eagles, so majestic. From the back perimeter of the property we had a stunning view of the coastline and we could hear the crashing surf from our campsite. Martin was pleasant, helpful and very easy to get along with. We hope to return to this tranquil gem of a place ❤️

Plenty of open space, quiet and green right next to the ocean. It can get windy so pick a spot with a wind break. The amenities are clean and tidy, unpowered spots but with water and dump points. We spent 3 relaxing nights there and would recommend if you're looking for looking for an easy base to explore the local area.
