Ideally located just a couple of kilometres from Robe on the Southern Ports Highway (road side number #4437), The Four Mile Farm offers spaces for self contained vans, camper trailers and tents, in a tranquil ten acre rural setting. Only minutes to the Robe township, restaurants, cafes, shopping and Robe's famous Long Beach, The Four Mile has an abundance of wide open spaces to find a private nook to park up for a night - or a week. New facilities include a utility room and ensuite featuring a hot shower and flush toilet, located inside the front shed, as well as a new shower block with two hot showers and an additional flush toilet, just a short stroll from the camping area. (Showers are coin operated - bring a good supply of $2 coins). Bring a chair and relax round the community fire pit in the evening (fire season excepted). Watch the sun go down, the moon rise and spent the evening around the fire, star-gazing at the southern sky. If you'd like a night out in town, Robe Runner Shuttle offers a service to and from The Four Mile.

Our property is located in Canuda, the terrain is hilly with several clear, flat spots good for camping. The entire 33 acres is available for you to explore on a nature walk. Any clear area within the boundary is available to camp in but a site needs to be booked and I will suggest an appropriate location. Being a declared scrub block it is undisturbed and snakes are present but if you leave them alone they will mind their own business. Small fires are permitted, only where a fire ring exists and out of fire ban season. Check listing details for more information. Gas fires and BBQ are not permitted during total fireban. More appropriate instructions are provided the day prior to booking in. The Canunda National Park is only a 4km drive from the property and has plenty of stunning beaches and beautiful walks you can enjoy. It is also a popular fishing spot and has some great 4WD tracks to explore.

Weekend Trip to Robe Four Mile Farm

Highly recommend this Hipcamp! The location is fantastic and there’s plenty of space to choose from, so you can easily find a spot that feels private and well away from other campers. Communication from the host was excellent and check-in was super easy, which made the whole experience stress-free. The facilities were also excellent and very well maintained. We loved watching the sheep and cows in the distance. Would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful place! So peaceful, the landscape seems to absorb noise. We fully enjoyed the natural bush, observing several echidnas, rabbits, signs of wombats and listening to a chorus of different birds during our stay. We saw the 2 resident wedge tail eagles, so majestic. From the back perimeter of the property we had a stunning view of the coastline and we could hear the crashing surf from our campsite. Martin was pleasant, helpful and very easy to get along with. We hope to return to this tranquil gem of a place ❤️

We really enjoyed this camp spot! Great communication, lots of space to pick a spot for set up. Dog friendly as well, our dog loved having space to do her own thing whilst remaining on lead. Amenities were great as well!

We had a fantastic stay at this farm stay and would happily return. The location is excellent, with a very short and easy drive into Robe, making it convenient while still feeling peaceful and rural. The shower and toilet facilities were outstanding. The showers operate with a $2 coin, which gave ample time, and the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water — a real bonus when camping. The campsite itself was set in a hayfield, which made the ground wonderfully soft underfoot. We’re used to staying in bush settings with dirt, bugs, and ants, so it was a pleasant surprise to experience none of that here. The hosts were extremely welcoming and informative, offering great local tips and suggestions for things to do in Robe that we hadn’t done before. Overall, it was a great stay and one we would highly recommend.

Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but only 5 mins drive into town. We had a lovely peaceful stay, plenty of space between sites. Only stayed 2 days but will be back!

Had a great time! The site was great, lots of space, private and peaceful. Martin was great at communicating and offered any space that would work for our set up. We saw some wildlife and really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It was also a great base with lots to do nearby and a town close by for everything you might need. We would happily go back and continue exploring.

We absolutely loved Four Mile Farm. Jacquie was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. There was plenty of space, and having easy access to toilets and a shower was a real bonus. We honestly couldn’t fault anything about our stay. Just a heads-up that the wind can be quite strong at times, so we’d recommend a swag over a tent, especially larger tents

Disappointing experience, felt very misleading. The “toilets” are just a few unkept porta potties. At one stage the toilets were unflushable due to no water. The showers are a few drips of water which you have to pay $2 for 4 minutes to use (this is only mentioned on the day of the booking). There aren’t enough facilities to host the amount of people that they place on the campsite. Ended up leaving a day early along with many others who shared this experience.
