We offer fossicking for sapphires, fishing, bird watching, and bushwalking Options include either camping on the river or creek, or guesthouse accommodation. Firewood is free plenty to pick up. Dog friendly. Horse friendly (if you bring your own yard). We have one powered site and the rest are unpowered. A power point is available near the shed. There is a daily charge for sapphire fossicking. Daily sieve hire is available. Book all of this before you come. Usually there are small sapphires to find but of course nothing is guaranteed!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at "Mt Hope" with the amazing Dumaresq river for fishing, canoeing and swimming, creeks, hills, yabbying in the many dams on the farm and a beautiful farm house with a tennis court and swimming pool. Only 20 minutes drive from Glenlyon dam where you can go fishing and water skiing and supplies. The farm house has 4 bedrooms one king, 2 rooms with double beds and one room with king singles. Two seperate lounge areas with TV's a large dinning area, large kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, wrap around gaused in veranda, open deck, pool deck with cover overlooking the tennis court and the pool, oversized tennis court and acres and acres of land to explore have picnics or just take in the views. Very relaxing getting back to nature, watching the cattle and sheep roam around. fresh eggs to collect when we have chickens and the guinea fowl chanting their song. Renovated farm cottage (second house) has full kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, lounge and dinning area. 4 bedrooms - 1 x king bed, 1 x queen bed, 2 x double beds. The two houses are roughly 200m apart.
