Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
Imagine waking up to the sound of songbirds, and smelling the fresh salty air! Sipping your morning camp coffee with views of the Admiralty Inlet, while you take in the breathtaking views of the shiping traffic including the Coupeville/Keystone Ferry. The campsite also has views of the stunning Olympic mountain range and crocket lake, which is a wetland preserve just a few minutes away. The preserve is one of the most important birding areas in Washington State. Every year, more than 230 species of birds breed, nest, feed and rest. We love all the bird songs, we hope you will too. Have an afternoon bike ride down to the beach, lake or down town Historic Coupeville. Meadows and wild life will abound all around you during your stay. You may even get the opportunity to be visited by a momma dear and her baby fawn! Sometimes there's also the chance of catching an up-close glimpse of the Navy fighter jets as they practice their touch and goes close by. Launch your boat at keystone spit boat launch/ramp park, salmon fish Ebys beach and trout fish nearby lakes. Hike famous Ebys bluff above Ebys beach. Enjoy windsurf activities on Crocket lake and fly kites and explore fort Casey. Many nearby stables provide horse back riding. Clam dig, swim and escape into paradise. Update: On 7/19/23 our outdoor shower and toilet was completed. We used 99% recycled materials from the property left over from remodles we have been doing to our own home. We are not builders, but Johns good at math, and i'm creative so we put our minds together to bring you this extra camping bonus! Anyone care to shower snuggled up to the woods in a private setting?Amenities; Beach/water views, forest behind camp site, private single camp site. Wildlife, quiet and safe. Water and 110v power available upon request. Outdoor shower (camp toilet on request for use, you dump on site at provided dump area) at the campsite. Many gourmet restaurants close by and historic shopping too. Activities; Hiking, biking, beach combing, walk across the Keystone ferry and walk around Port Townsend.

Song Bird Farm
Besides being an absolutely beautiful spot to camp, it was hosted by wonderful folks that own the land. They were super friendly and helpful, and most definitely wanted us as their guests to be satisfied. The site is a nice level, grassy spot up against some mixed forest, with deer everywhere. There is a hot outdoor shower that we took good advantage of. The town of Coupeville is a charming place.

Debbie and her husband were friendly and helpful. They helped get my travel trailer situated and were always responsive. The site was clean and the grass well kept (no lawn clippings sticking to your feet!) There are deer sightings daily. The site is close to town and lots of hiking options.

Serene & beautiful campsite
It's such a gorgeous place to stay! Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming and ensured we had what we needed. It was very private, tucked away in a beautiful little meadow surrounded by mature trees. The outdoor restroom and shower were so convenient and clean! From the extra little touches like solar lighting with a remote, providing us with firewood with kindling, and inviting us to check out their (absolutely delicious) family coffee shop, it was the perfect campsite for us! You don't often encounter people so great at hospitality and just good old-fashioned kindness. We can't wait to come back!
