Positioned right off hwy 238 this is a beautiful secluded riverfront property in downtown Murphy with easy access. An open field; on the river the Murphy Water Hole is perfect for family gatherings or quiet camping. Many migratory birds and fish pass through seasonally. Bring your water toys as we are on the river. Easy access to fishing, markets, fuel, and the Applegate Wine Trail are a few of what surrounds this beautiful landscape. Breathtaking views and fresh river air!!! Outhouse on site!!
