INSTRUCTIONS When you reserve your tent/rv make sure to select the day you want to check in until the day you are leaving. For example, to stay all weekend, select Friday to Sunday. To stay only Friday night, select Friday to Saturday. Selecting only one date will not reserve the date you want as it expects a start and end date to select any given date or date range. ABOUT Big Belle Farm is surrounded by large hayfields on the front of our property and at the back behind where the concert will take place. Tenters will be camping in the front fields and RVs will behind the concert field. When you come onsite there will be someone to meet you who will point out the locations were you can setup your tent or RV. There will be event Portable Toilets on site and access to water near the concert grounds.

Tent site · Sleeps 8
This page is for 2025 Blueberry Jam Outdoor Concert attendees who want to camp onsite in a tent, truck camper, or v-class camper van happening August 15th (Friday) and August 16th (Saturday).  There is a separate Hipcamp page for booking larger RV parking spots. You can have up to 4 people in a tent, truck camper, or v-class camper van for $20 per night (plus Hipcamp's service fee and HST). You can pay extra for up to 4 more people ($3 per person). One tent per campsite! You can arrive before the concert starts to setup your tent. The area where you can setup your tent is well marked using plastic fencing rods and fencing line. You can park your vehicle in front of the fencing line and setup your tent inside the fenced off area. This arrangement keeps tenters safe from concert traffic. If ground conditions are wet, those with V-Class Camper Vans and Truck Campers may be asked to park on the gravel pad area to prevent getting stuck. There will be portable toilets on site that you can use.   There is drinkable water that you can consume next to the big sliding door at the front of the barn. Tent Camping at Big Belle Farm

98%
(21)
Tent site · Sleeps 4
This ad is for Hipcampers who want to camp at Big Belle Farm in a Tent, Car, Truck Camper, or V-Class Camper Van. There is a separate ad for booking RV parking spots. There are two main tenting areas: [ 1 ] On either side of a gravel road that runs behind our barn. [ 2 ] On a large gravel pad ending at our blue shipping container. The large gravel pad [ 2 ] is to accommodate truck campers and v-class camper vans when the weather is too wet for larger vehicles to park on the grassy areas behind our barn (i.e., your tires start to create ruts in the field which should only happen if we have many days of rain). If we have drier conditions everyone can setup beside the gravel road behind our barn [ 1 ]. You can have up to 4 people in a tent, truck camper, or v-class camper van. You can pay extra for up to 2 more people. One tent per campsite. If you wish to camp in your automobile that would be considered equivalent to tent camping. There are Portable Toilets onsite that you can use. There is a location beside the front sliding door of the barn where you can get water to drink and a hose to fill up a water tank. There is a location behind the barn where you can find picnic tables. We do not allow campfires, but you can use a portable gas cooker if you have one. We have a fleet of hybrid bikes and some mountain bikes available for rent. If you are staying with us, you can rent a bike for the reduced rate of $30 a day. As part of the rental we can arrange a drop off and pickup of the bikes at the bottom of the hill at the Ceilidh Coastal Trail (you take your vehicle there). Bicycle rental includes a lock and helmet. Bring you own water bottle and backpack. BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS When you reserve your dates make sure to select the day you want to check in until the day you are leaving. For example, to stay all weekend, select Friday to Monday. Woodland Tenting Sites

This ad is for Hipcampers who want to erect a tent in a woodland area at Big Belle Farm. There are separate ads for RV camping and Tent Camping in non-woodland areas (which includes Truck Campers, V-Class Campervans and sleeping in your Automobile). In 2025 we decided to create 5 tent camping sites in a wooded area of our property. This allows tent campers to be more shaded during hot weather and protected from wind on blustery days. They are located in a visually appealing area next to a mowed field where you can kick or throw a ball, play with your dog, or engage in other recreational activities. We have placed small blue triangular signs next to each campsites. They are numbered from 1 to 5. You can pick any campsite that is available. You can back up to the edge of the field next to the woods and transport your camping gear from there to the campsite. It is not a long distance to transport your camping gear. Our first 4 campsites use crusher gravel to create a soft elevated area where you can pitch your tent. We left 1 of the sites (#5) more natural as the ground was already soft and level enough to camp on. There is a Portable Toilet labelled "Hipcamp Toilet" nearby that you can use. When you pass by our barn, there is a water spigot beside the front sliding door where you can get water to drink and a hose to fill up a water tank. You can use a portable gas cooker at any time if you have one. You should bring some long sleeves and bug spray in the event that the are horseflies and/or mosquitoes to deal with. When it is breezy there are fewer bugs. We are continually improving the farm to make tenting a better experience for our guests and will be updating camping ads as we do so. Big Belle Farm won Hipcamp site of the year in Nova Scotia in 2023.
