Welcome to our beautiful 40 acre property with 800 mtrs of river frontage, just a stones throw from the historical village of Mogo and some of the best beaches on the South Coast. There is a lovely deep swimming hole with sandy area that all can enjoy. Shallow sandy areas are along the river, great for younger kids. Bring your kayaks, fishing gear, small tinny or SUP! There is a small boat ramp. We have eight beautiful, peaceful, spacious, riverfront, campsites ready for our guests. Just a short drive to the best south coast beaches of Broulee and Tomakin. Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites! Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood. We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property. Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs. Please note, if we do not have availability, please get in contact with us anyway as we may be able to accommodate you by opening another site.

Peace and tranquility

The large flat sites with fire pits are spread out for privacy. Riverfront with an easily accessible swimming hole. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Lisa is a great host.

Top spot on the water, plenty of space between sites . Lisa and Peter are wonderful hosts We will be back for future kayaking/camping .

Tomakin River Camping

Large, shady campsites close to the river made it easy to kayak and fish, although sadly the fish weren't biting for us (apart from one small flathead). Clean portaloos and plenty of firepits, abundant birdlife and friendly cows and pony. Just remember to take plenty of bug spray as the mozzies were also in abundance, altho I suspect this was exacerbated by recent flooding. Lisa was also very accommodating when we needed to borrow tools to fix our camper...thank you :-)

Beautiful views on Lisa's land. Flat along the river was great, very peaceful and big camping allotments allocated. Definitely going to return again!

Beautiful property with a lovely host. We camped as a family and the sites were large enough to accomodate 3 caravans. Our dogs enjoyed the space, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, a paddle on the river and the quiet!
