We loved staying at Phoebe’s property. It was nice and peaceful only a 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of town. Kids loved waving to the horses every time we drove down the driveway. Phoebe was very welcoming and came to say hello once we arrived. Thanks for a great stay!

Very quick reaponses to emails. Cllear instructions prior to arrival. Lovely quiet and private camp only approx 10 min from Busselton. Phoebe came to meet us the afternoon of arrival, providing helpul information on the local area. Thank you for a relaxing couple of days.

We came quite late in the night so didn't have a chance to meet Phoebe but we think it was her mother? Was just doing her usual morning routine for the farm, and was lovely to chat to. It's right next to the sheep and cows which were adorable to wake up to! Directions were easy and was also not a hassle to get to.

Phoebe and Jack were absolutely lovely to speak to and the view from the paddock was amazing when the sun came out! We were sheltered from the wind and were able to walk around the property with our two dogs who absolutely loved meeting the horses. We’ll definitely be back ☺️

Phoebe’s communications and directions were very prompt and easy to follow and she popped down after we arrived to welcome us and give some local recommendations.
Kookaburra farm is a simple but very private site and our van fitted perfectly in the shade of the peppermint tree and was far enough away from the home on the site.
Her horses are in surrounding paddocks which make it an even more relaxing spot.
We walked our dog to the far corners of the property and watched the kangaroos. 🦘
Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely return if in the area. 👍

Perfect piece of land for a few families to setup. 10 mins to the heart of Busselton and a great alternative to cluttered caravan parks for those who are self sufficient.
Host was great, met on arrival and gave us plenty of space for the trip.
The horses were great for the kids!

This was a dream site for our self contained off grid getaway. Situated just outside Busselton, you’re close enough to the action of the beautiful foreshore (12 mins) but also tucked away in the beautifully serene and quite country side landscape, with only a couple of horses to keep you company. The lovely Phoebe was so accommodating and helpful the entire time. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and avoiding the crammed spots at the foreshores caravan parks. Thanks for this spot Phoebe.

It's lovely and quiet (although there are planes that fly over during the day which we enjoyed watching) plenty of space, have a paddock all to yourself. The hosts are great, very welcoming and informative about the area.

We loved camping at Phoebe’s site - close to Busselton town, Huge space and clear directions. Would 100% recommend this site to friends and family and stay there again.

Phoebe was very welcoming and the spot on the farm was flat and easy to find with solar lights. Easy access for a van too. A table was provided which was handy for food prep and some pamphlets about the area and places to eat. The nights were quiet and cool which made it easy to sleep but the morning and day was hot so I spent most of those at the beach. As a suggestion , maybe the spot could be nearer the shade of the big flame tree (I think that’s what it was) in the summer. Busso was only 15 mins away so it was easy to get food for the day since I don’t have a fridge yet. I’m thankful for a safe, private and quiet place to stay and a welcoming host. Better than a campsite in that respect 😊

This was a great site in a very convenient location with easy access to regional attractions.
A quiet flat spot with bush views and lots of good trees.

Such a peaceful retreat from all the buzz in Busselton!! Whereas the caravans in Busselton seem to be squeezed into shoeboxes, we had a big paddock to ourselves. Yet, it's so easy to just hop into town, down to Dunsborough or up to Bunbury. Loved the personal touches by Phoebe and Jack in supplying information, flynets, and insect repellant. Thank you both for a lovely relaxing week on your property. :)

Phoebe is an excellent host. We asked to buy and were supplied with beautiful fresh eggs and lovely in season stone fruit…delicious.
The solar lights were a nice welcome to help us find the right spot.
The time of year and dry season brought a lot of friendly and not so friendly flies but it didn’t stop us from enjoying much needed peace and quiet, watching the horses and sheep and waking up to birds singing was on the money for us…
