We have CAMPSITES nestled in our Orchard or in the Pine Trees paddock, (with nearby amenities); or for more of a comfortable and unique stay, try our CHARMING, CONVERTED SCHOOL BUS! Fern Valley Ranch has it all- waterfall viewing, bush walks, animal feeding. Unwind; relax by the campfire with quiet cup of tea (or a beer). Leave the city behind and tune back in to the birdlife and whistle of the breeze among the tall trees. CAMP SITES- Max 5 campers (see Campsite Listing for number and type of dwellings allowed per site.) SCHOOL BUS- Max 4 guests (no pets)- can book separate bus campsites after booking Bus. SCHOOL BUS CAMPING- Get friends to camp next to you in the Bus. *** NO ENTERING ANY WATER ON THE PROPERTY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT OUR RULES *** If you want to swim, there are beaches within half an hour from our farm. - We are just an hour between Sydney and Newcastle; and 15 minutes to Gosford. Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

Amazing family friendly camping

We had an amazing time.. despite the 40 hours of torrential rain :( Our third time here and will definitely be back again. All 15 of us (plus two dogs) had a great time. Campfire cooking, fruit picking, waterfall walk, animal feeding and a hot shower.

Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

We enjoyed our two night stay here. Highlights were the waterfall (an easy walk) and the horses/chickens (5yr old enjoyed feeding!) We went down to Glenworth Valley for horse riding (30 min drive) which was fantastic! Site was spaced out and quiet. We’ll be back!

Charming Converted School Bus

Best Surprise Ever

We loved the bus! The conversion is thoughtful and comfortable while retaining its bus feel. Our granddaughters loved ‘driving’ the bus, which was also imagined to be an airplane and submarine and kept them entertained and happy for long periods. The small playground, fire pit, orchard and the Waterfall and Gymea Lily walks kept them busy at other times. They loved visiting the horses in the evenings, looking for birds with our binoculars and playing boules on the lawn. Deemed by the 9 year old to be the ‘best surprise ever’. Only 1.5hrs drive from home is an added bonus, and the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We’re sure to return.

Orchard & Pine Trees Camping

Beautiful, peaceful spot with enough to keep the kids occupied (the chickens were a huge hit!). We loved the walk to the waterfall and through the gymea lilies. The oranges were juicy and sweet even though it was the end of their season. We were in a very secluded spot which is what we like. Felt like we were a world away from home but it was only 40 mins drive. We’ll be back.

Beautiful

Lots of space, decent facilities and beautiful setting with endless things to do for young and old alike. My small children particularly liked the tractor ride around the farm to feed the animals. Thank you!
