Halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga and only 5 miles off I75 sits this quiet oasis in the country! Perfect for travelers or workers in the area! Camp by the creek and let your worries fade away. This peaceful, quiet site offers primitive camping on the banks of the creek, and you are welcome to get your feet wet. The sites are large with flat fields, and plenty of natural privacy as well as some shaded areas. Perfect for self contained campers or tents. There is no power or water available on site! Walnut Creek is a DOUBLE SIZED site, perfect for 2 groups, or one large group or those who don't want anyone nearby. You pay once, both sites are included. Best creek access is here. Looking for a single site? Check out Cedar Creek or Creekside. Cedar Creek is a beautiful site, perfect for any type of camping. RV, tent, car campers, what have you. Creekside is only for tents or small campers and is our most private site.

Cedar Creek Car/Tent/RV

Nice place for tent camping

The campground is level, no rocks, and the ground is covered in grass. It is great for tent camping. Thank you Katy!

Creekside Tent/Carcamping

Clean cozy place!

We really enjoyed camping at Katy's place. Katy was super friendly. She came out and met us to give us the run down of the area and we had a great time conversating as well. There was even an outhouse to use. I highly recommend this site for tent camping! Thanks Katy!

Cedar Creek Car/Tent/RV

I didn’t end up staying because it got to be too late and found a place to set up for the night. There was great communication, clear instruction and she reached out to check on me when it got to be pretty late. I will be keeping her place in mind for future drives through from Florida to Indiana. Thanks Katy!

Creekside Tent/Carcamping

This spot was great!! Katy was super accommodating to our last minute request and greeted us at the campsite. Very peaceful and quiet for being only 10 min off I75. Would stay again!
