This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.Welcome Y'all!! Here at North Shore Relic Ranch, we are minutes from wekiva springs and rock springs. Plus this is home to our 11 cool cows 5 adult goats 4 baby's and about 50 crazy chickens, which you can interact with. A little bit of something for everyone. We have some interesting vehicles on the property to check out. There are also miles of marked nature trails next to the camp sites. Lake Apopka and canals to kayak on, are only 800 feet away, and there is a 15 mile free nature drive just minutes away. Or just relax and camp/explore! (Tents available for rent, we also have 2 horse stalls for rent, so you can bring your horse to ride the trails)There are different areas around the property where you can camp. A very laid back, chill vibe. Campsite areas are quite vast, so privacy should be of no concern! Fishing is allowed on our property and next door there are state owned hiking trails and canals to fish & kayak on. Plus a boat ramp to launch with restrooms. Campers are asked not to enter/loiter around the 2 private residences, please respect privacy. (but have no concern, there is absolutely plenty of room to wander the camp area and explore!!) There is lots of wildlife so bring the camera, and not only wildlife, our farm animals are huge hams when it comes to pictures (no pun intended, lol) Fire wood/Water/ Soft drinks/ Snacks available to purchase.

Awesome campsite near Rock Springs!

Lovely experience, which we would have stayed longer. One night was not enough to explore this camp... Very good host and communicative, made sure we were alright with everything and location

Exactly What We Wanted!

This trip was exactly what I hoped it would be. We had a last minute booking and everything went so smoothly. Quick, friendly responses. Great sites yo choose from. An eclectic land to explore with cute animals and amazing fresh eggs (so good we bought a dozen to go!). From the inspiring cardinal songs in the morning to the relaxing owl calls at night, we couldn't have asked for a better place to set up camp. There's a store nearby if you forgot any small things, portables for doing your business, and trails to explore during the day. We also hot a map to explore nearby parks and whatnot, but opted to chill and enjoy time at the site. We will DEFINITELY be back.

North Shore Relic Ranch

Yesterday we were at the property and it was truly a magnificent experience. My children's first camp and they loved it, we sang, danced, laughed, played board games and had a great time in front of the campfire. Soon we will return with other family members. And the host was also excellent, although we didn't speak any English, he helped us, made everything easy for our stay and took care of us very well.
