There's an almost full acre of flat usable land bordered by The North Ravine Creek, which has been designated and now protected because of the Steelhead habitat. The rest of your acre is surrounded by redwood trees, Asian pears, apple trees, oak and other fresh fruit trees. If you come at the right time of year, there's plenty of blackberry's to be picked/eaten. Also, on your side of the property is a newly constructed Pickleball court that also has blacklights, so you can enjoy glow in the dark pickleball. Make sure to bring your own gear. Please, no animals or smoking. We are not 420 friendly. Although this is your campsite for the nights, this is still our property and we please ask you to treat it as though its yours. Our neighbors all work day jobs and wake early. Quiet time is 2100 Hours. (9:00). Feel free to come and go as you please and the pasture gate will remain open, unless you decide to close it. If you have a generator, please feel free to run it as long as you want. We have young children at the house, and if you are wanting to have a party, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for a relaxed place to sleep and wake up to some pickleball, maybe join us for a game or two.......maybe even a lesson, feel free to drop us a line. We've also got tons of information on hiking/biking/golf/ and water activities including whitewater rafting. We're approximately .8 miles from Mt. Vernon rd, which is the Placer County Winery Route 3 miles from the Confluence (North/Middle fork American River 1.5 miles from Town/Shopping/Food 2.5 miles from Old Town Auburn 3 miles from hiking/mountain biking/bike + skate park 5 miles from the Ridge Golf Course 5 miles from Regional park disc golfYou get almost 3/4 acre of flat useable space along the North Ravine Creek. About 10 feet from the creek is a newly built Pickleball court that also has blacklights for glow in the dark pickleball. We offer power/water no sewage available. Within 10 minutes of driving there is amazing mountain biking and whitewater rafting (im a guide). There is pretty good privacty on the lot with the trees and creek. Millertown road is nearby and you may hear some ligtht traffic as a few cars pass, but its a narrow, 1 lane road that is not a commuting road. Also enjoy a 16ft canvas tent with 10ft high ceiling that has an electric fire place/ mini fridge and queen bedroom set on a platform neighboring a 10x10 Coleman nylon tent with mattresses.
