Cute little mountain in Val Verde/Castaic area about 8700 square feet, less then 1 acre. with a beautiful panoramic view when you climb up the top of the Hill.
Very nice for camping, picknic and hiking. Nice and peaciful area, good for religious retreat or prayer mountains too.
The Mountains is pretty close to the big city and has Ralph grocery store and Star bucks & restaurants about 10 mins away. And many other activities and mall and Magic mountain less then 20 minutes away.It has beautiful panoramic view when you go up on the top of the hill. Nice and peacefulneighbors with some neighbors closer by. You can set up tent & have picnic up there. And the mountain site is only about 15 minutes to the city here you can go grocery shopping at Ralphs store and enjoy some restaurants and closer to Castaic Lake.
