Weekend Trip to Greenoak Hideout
We had such a lovely stay at Greenoak. The hosts were so friendly and approachable and there were lots of lovely small touches that made the yurts feel homely and comfortable.
The log burners and electric blankets meant that we were warm over night and had a really comfortable sleep. We are looking forward to going in the Summer to be able to enjoy more daylight hours.
The boys (4 and 7) loved all of the friendly animals and the play equipment on the land, as well as the hot tub!
We will definitely book again and would recommend to our friends and family!
Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again next year!

The setting was just perfect for our family of five (including two dogs and a 4 year old). The Yurt was comfortable, clean and very cosy. The private shower and toilet facilities were great, as was the hot tub.
We had a trip to the local nature reserve during our stay, however think our daughter and the dogs were just as happy in the grounds with lots to explore, very friendly animals and lots of activities including trampoline and climbing walls.

Spotlessly clean, the showers and facilities were as good as at home, the extra added thoughtfulness of clean bath mats tea towels washing up liquid and lots of toilet paper and hand towel and soap.
My shepherds hut was delightful, and yet again everything I needed with the welcoming cream tea, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, spotlessly clean as everywhere was.
The windmill, the bakery, the café, my grandchildren loved the animals and the play area. There is absolutely not a thing I can think of that was not perfect. Oh I forgot to mention the games room. Thank you

What can I say! This place surpassed all our expectations. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Kellie is a fantastic, attentive owner who is close by for anything you may need. We were staying for my husbands 40th and was greeted with a birthday banner and a lovely welcome pack with treats for us and our kids. There’s privacy for the hot tub and lots of outdoor space for the kids to play. The setting is beautiful with sheep and geese & even a Shetland pony roaming free around you. The highlight for the children was getting up and helping feed the goats and chickens in the morning. We had a sunset BBQ with our very own fire pit and seating. Very clean. Beds beyond comfy. 100% recommend. Thankyou again Kellie!

We stayed in a bell tent in Archer’s Field and absolutely loved it. This is our second time to this beautiful site and we’ll definitely return. Peter and his wife work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly and are really friendly and approachable. The site is quiet and there’s plenty of space between pitches. Our dog had a great time.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time here. The excellent scenery paired with the amazing hospitality really made our weekend special. The accommodation was outstanding and perfectly equipped for any trip, big or small. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help in any capacity they could. We had a fantastic weekend at Sarah's camping yurt accommodation, Sarah was an absolutely fantastic hosts, allowing us to check in an hour later and let us take our time on departure. The yurt had everything you could want and had the biggest bed I have ever seen and so comfortable. The love Sarah has put in to the yurts shone through and I can't wait to return for more fun and making happy memories.
