The original farm house was constructed as living quarters for the schoolmarm to Inwood School when it was relocated to the neighboring property. The house served as ranch headquarters from the 1920's-1940's when the ranch owner had a stroke she carved the parcel off the ranch and kept it for herself. After the sale she expanded the home from its original 400 sq ft structure to a full 4 bed 2 bath home. Her husband built an upstairs bedroom, garage, and barn so he could escape his wheelchair bound wife. The present owner's family obtained the property on 1984 and have been building heaven on earth ever since.
