Last minute availability at our Full Hookup RV sites (please see full availability at "Mountain Views RV Camping" - same sites) with mountain and/or lake views for RVs up to 28 feet or car/van camping; not suitable for tents. Mellow community vibes, kayaks, SUP, stargazing, outdoor kitchen, Saturday bonfire nights, and more for wilderness and bug-loving adventure seekers keen to discover the Eastern Sierra. We’re a small family-friendlycamp with a unique mix of RV sites, cool rental campers and tent camping spots.

Our camp is now CLOSED for the winter (except for the Blu House rental) and will reopen on April 22nd.

"Site 1" - camper vans/trailer or motorhome up to 24ft

"Site 2" - perfect for car camping or camper van/teardrop trailer/motorhome up to 20ft please

I M P O R T A N T : Please let us know the TYPE & LENGTH of your RV/trailer/van  (your booking request will not be accepted without that info). We have slightly lower rates available for car camping and RVs under 22 feet, starting at $47 before Memorial Day weekend - please ask prior to requesting the booking.

In case you'd like to stay with us for longer (we'd love that!) and dive deeper into all the Sierra goodness, please check our Mountain Views RV Camping listing and other camping & glamping options, also to see the full availability, including weekends, for the rest of the summer.

Due to Covid-19, guests traveling in RVs/trailers are expected to use their own bathrooms, while of course having access to the full hookups: 30amp electric, water & septic - at their site. The use of our communal restrooms is limited to the tent campers and guests in small vans/teardrop trailers without a bathroom. Please see detailed info below and let us know if you'll need a bathroom access prior to requesting the booking. Thank you for your understanding!

Since it's gravel, we DON'T allow pitching tents on the RV sites (plus it's simply not comfortable for tent camping) but you're welcome to car camp. If you hope to tent camp with us, please check out and request one of our tent sites.

Please read below Covid-19 info and the entire listing description before requesting the booking. Stay safe and we can't wait to see you all soon!

***COVID-19 INFO***

Warm greetings to you from our piece of paradise! This is a new reality we are all getting used to, please be kind and mindful while at the camp and adventuring in the area, respecting other’s space and maintaining the safe six-foot distance. We are unsure what official COVID-19 guidelines may be at the time of your visit but we will just mirror them. Things have, and still may change daily. Please be flexible, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We understand the concerns around the virus and would like to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure a safe, relaxing environment for all our guests and staff:

  • Our restrooms are cleaned several times a day and all surfaces are disinfected. Please note, to ensure that social distancing guidelines are followed, our restrooms are closed to guests staying in their own/rented RVs or our rental campers. Our public restrooms are only available to guests staying at tent sites, in vans/small teardrop trailers without a bathroom, and in the Sierra Stream rental camper.
  • Hand soaps, sanitizers, and disinfectants are available in all common areas for regular use.
  • The use of some of our amenities (such as laundry) may be limited or not available.
  • As per May 1st order, the use of facial coverings while in public in Mono County and interacting with people outside of your household is required, in effect through the end of the COVID-19 pandemic emergency declaration. Please come prepared. We will ask you to wear masks/face coverings when walking around the camp but not when at your site.
  • Please be respectful of the maximum occupancy, as stated in the listing. Infants, children, and adults all count as one.
  • Consider getting all your supplies before coming to our community.

Now more than ever it is important to spend time connecting in the great outdoors and we are ready to share campfires, starry nights, and our serene area with you. The mountains are a place to get back to basics, a place to explore, to breathe. It is a place where social distancing happens naturally. This is a great opportunity to be together in Nature and not to be isolated in our homes. Together (from a safe distance) we will remain healthy, positive, and strong!

Please read through the entire listing to find out more about these sites and our camp. We can't wait to hear from you and to be part of your adventures in the Sierra! :-)

Our Mountain Views RV Camping are gravel spots with mountain and/or lake views, some are more exposed, some offer shade. PLEASE NOTE, the location marked on the map is approximate and they may be anywhere within the camp, and your site number will of course differ from the default Sites #1-#4, that refer to the number of spots we list. In any case, we'll always make sure that the site is a great fit for your van/RV! We're a great fit for campers who appreciate a safe space with a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and are keen to embrace community vibe and meet fellow travelers, or prefer to keep to themselves and simply enjoy the outdoors.

We're a husband and wife team and this is our adopted home - a small RV Park & Campground located directly on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir. We believe in campfires, starry nights, good laughs, exploration, a deep sleep and an early rise. The mountains are a place to get back to basics, a place to explore, to breathe. So turn off your phone and turn on your senses. When you arrive, we won’t hand you a list of rules but we may ask you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation.

It’s important to us that our guests don’t feel they are renting an RV site as much as they’re immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lounge outside and read for days. For the more adventurous, we offer a full slate of self-guided recreational activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards and so much more. Do you enjoy bird watching? There are hundreds of different species right here at Paradise Shores, which is located on a major bird migration route.

We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet; however, we encourage our guest to “unplug” and immerse in the slow pace life instead. If you come to stay with us over the weekend, you'll be welcome to join us around the campfire and connect with fellow campers (we have fires on most Saturdays). There's no fire pit option at RV sites but you're welcome to use a communal fire ring or bring your portable elevated fire pit to enjoy a fire directly at your site any day.

Did we mention that we love dogs? Be sure to bring you four legged friend when staying with us (we can accommodate up to two dogs at each site). With dog wash and off leash dog beach, your adventure pup will be a happy camper here! Please note that the dog beach can be quite limited when the water level in the reservoir is high. On the upside, the lake looks absolutely gorgeous then! When the water level is lower, it's plenty for walks, running around and playing with your pup.

We hope Paradise Shores becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes, and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie are all within a short drive from here.

I love Paradise Shores!!! The perfect homebase from which to explore the Eastern Sierra, you're only 40min from Tuolomne Meadows area and even closer to Mono Lake. I wish I could have stayed longer. Veronika and Dale are incredible hosts who know all the best local spots in the Eastern Sierra (be sure to ask about the waterslides and hot springs!). The camp is great—you wake up right on the lakefront with the great communal kitchen and hot showers. I didn't want to leave. The nearby town of Bridgeport is great for antique jewelry especially Navajo silver.

We were a last minute booking as our road travel plans changed and Veronika was fantastic! Responsive and kind. The facilities were sparkling clean. And my young son and I felt safe.
We had an amazing sunset and the night sky will stay with me forever.
