Please contact me to reserve the trailer for $245 a night.

Enjoy a brand new 27 foot 2020 Jayco Luxury Travel Trailer. Air conditioning in the desert that blasts down to 55 degrees and heating in the winter. Comes with 42 gallons of fresh water so everyone can shower! Fully functioning kitchen. Murphy bed and leather couch. Has speakers inside and outside, enjoy bluetooth music or watch movies with the DVD player. Very nice 16 foot electric shade awning. LED lighting. Comes with a 3500 inverter generator, very quiet.

Benjamin’s land is beautiful. Peaceful, raw.. exactly the kind of escape we needed from the city. We got lucky and there were not any other campers in the other lot so we had the place to ourselves. We hiked around the mountains on the property and just enjoyed the pure serenity of the place. The stars are incredible and worth the trip on their own.
The road is rough and the site can be hard to find initially but completely worth it. Definitely recommend 4x4 vehicles only. Make sure you have everything you need because it’s ~30min drive in and out.
The site is close to the southern entrance of Joshua tree national park but there are not any Joshua trees on the property so don’t go with that expectation.
10/10 recommend overall!! And be sure to LNT.

Thank you so much for your kind words! You are welcome back any time. I've been thinking about changing the name to 'Jacob Tree Camping' in honor of the Ocotillos on the property.

Ben’s land is great! He is working to make it even more inviting by adding a few new features for campers. Currently there are two separate sites with fire pits, both have plenty of room for multiple tents. We happened to book a night when Ben, the owner, was there so both sites were in use. Ben was a considerate neighbor and even brought us some ice when the closest gas station was out! I definitely hope to camp here again, I look forward to the improvements that Ben is planning! Thanks for sharing this great camp!

Benjamin met us close by and guided us through the jeep road to the campsite and walked us around. There's not a lot to it (not that there should be), but it was very clean, well kept, and spacious. You're far enough away from the interstate that you barely hear it. I mean barely. There is very little light pollution and the stars shined bright.

Ben was very accommodating, since we arrived late to the meeting point to have him escort us to the site. The drive itself to the site is a bit tricky to do at night, but we managed to save directions. I highly recommend taking a 4x4 or AWD because the terrain varies from loose sand and lifted areas that I feel most 4x2 vehicles would have issues traversing.

Regardless of the drive the site is very secluded and great to have some friend bring an RV or Tent to set up and enjoy the stargazing nights and the offroading options nearby. No bathrooms or other amenities but we knew that going in. There is a gas station and some decent food spots.
