Enjoy canvas tent glamping and private access to our 32-acre historic homestead, just an hour from San Francisco. The Homestead features a private creek with lush swim holes, heritage pear orchard, and hiking trails through native oak savannah and forest.

We'll provide access to The Farmhouse, which includes:

- The Front Porch: Welcome guests and serve beverages and snacks on our large front porch which overlooks the palm trees and pomegranate grove.

- The Living Room: Recline in comfortable couches and chairs, get warm by the fireplace, and connect our television for screening movies or presentations;

- The Dining Room: Seat up to 10 around our large round farmhouse table and enjoy sunrise and sunset views over the orchard.

- The Butler's Bar: Serve catered meals and beverages from our butler's pantry bar and breakfast nook.

- The Driveway: Host farm dinners on our U-shaped driveway studded with palm trees and flowering plants, with quick access to the Front Porch.

The Orchard: Enjoy evening sunlight filtering through our heritage pear orchard, flat and perfect for workshops, dinners, and other small events. Several areas to choose from, depending on event timing for shade and views. Common wildlife sightings in The Orchard include doe and fawn, rabbits, and turkeys.

The Field: Our 5-acre event meadow is surrounded by native forest and black walnut trees, offers stunning sunset views of the Blue Ridge and Vaca Mountains. Ideal for larger events, including weddings, anniversaries, team building, and pow-wows. Unpaved driveway access from the road.

Coming soon:

-The Guest Rooms: For your event hosts to stay and stage your event, we'll soon offer two large bedrooms, each furnished with memory foam bed with side tables, a dresser, table and chairs, and adjacent shared bathroom.

Please note:

- Our property is a working ranch; while we'll do our very best to meet your event needs, please expect some unfinished projects and ongoing chores.

- The Farmhouse is progressively being restored and isn't 'finished.' In fact, we doubt it ever will be! :) We have a laidback midcentury modern farmhouse style with nods to the 1920s era of the house, and are usually happy to move or remove certain furniture to meet your event needs.

More about our property:

Wake up and enjoy coffee with intimate glimpses of wildlife - including deer, turkey, quail, fox, hare, owls, hawks, woodpeckers, and songbirds. Stretch out on our yoga deck or recline in secluded hammocks and reading chairs located throughout the property. At night, our hillside Glamping Meadow offers wide-open stargazing while crickets, frogs, and coyotes lull you to sleep. Your party will have access to camp toilets and outdoor showers, plus our galvanized plunge pool on hot days.

We're just minutes from adventures - unique fly fishing and kayaking along Putah Creek, recreational boating and bass fishing on Lake Berryessa, cycling through pastoral backroads, farm visits to taste olive oil, fruit, and honey, or horseback trail rides at our neighbor's ranch. We love to share our favorite farm stands, boutique wineries, and local restaurants in charming downtown Winters.
