Must Stay Here - it’s Heaven!
If you’re considering Roxanne’s property than look no further - you’ve found heaven. Our stay at Roxanne’s property was absolutely glorious! First, the grounds are pristine. We stayed up on a hill and had an epic view of both the sunset and vineyards. We stayed in August 2020 so it may have changed since but we didn’t have a 4 wheel drive car and Roxanne actually drove us up and down her road. We were floored by her kindness, generosity and commitment to making it such a special time for us. She has gave us champagne when we arrived and I think muffins on the way out. I guess it was more like glamping than camping in that way. Most importantly, we were there celebrating my partner’s birthday and Roxanne bought decorations that said happy birthday and placed there at the table at our camp site - all on her own accord, without me asking. We were truly blown away!!! Her property is stunning and so special. We had 4 tents and felts so alone which was great. I’d highly recommend that you stay here. It’s our best hip camp experience yet and it probably will be yours too.

Great gem in wine country
Roxeanne was super helpful leading up to the trip as well as when we got there! The sites were very spacious and we were able to walk and explore the huge property and enjoy the views of wine country. With their newly redone path i was able to make it up to campsite with my front wheel drive car, although cautiously. Breakfast bar in the morning was awesome as well!

Great Hipcamp Experience
We loved our stay with Roxanne! She makes a lot of effort to add in those little extras that make Hipcamp special. A few examples included: glasses of wine when we arrived, a face to face meet and greet that evening, suggesting local wineries/experiences, and a coffee bar in the morning. We were at Site 4, but all the sites were nicely spaced out. The two landings with chairs were fantastic and we enjoyed some views in the evening and the morning. Roxanne is working to update the experience and add even more features to this Hipcamp and it's going to be fantastic. It was a little expensive, but camping at a State Park in Cali is at least $50 per night for a crowded space with lots of other people. This was definitely worth the extra for a guaranteed spot and a great environment.

Had an enjoyable stay at Roxanne’s. Well spaced out camp sites up on the hill with plenty of privacy. Stayed at site 4 at the top of the drive with great views. Roxanne provided plenty of info before arrival and met us when we got there. Would highly recommend.

Quiet & secluded. A perfect getaway
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay on Roxanne's property! Roxanne is everything you could ask for from a host, responsive, communicative and we enjoyed hearing about her plans for the property upgrades. The welcome glasses of wine and complimentary continental style breakfast in the morning was much appreciated. We had site #3, which was very private. It does get lots of sun in the morning and its shaded by early afternoon. There are currently no toilets at this property and the ground is really hard for digging cat holes. I highly recommend bringing a camp toilet if you have one! Would definitely stay here again, especially once all the improvements have been completed.

One of the best Hipcamp experiences! Roxanne is such a welcoming, thoughtful host who is super attentive and always responsive. The campsites are private and well kept. We had a lovely time and will certainly come back soon.
