A great spot near local hot springs, and for vegan travelers, there was even a vegan restaurant nearby!
The pets were friendly and cute 😊 Kudos to the hosts for also letting me know of the best ways to get the most out of my stay there by making recommendations.
I enjoyed the quiet environment, the chickens weren't a nuisance whatsoever.
Our stay at Backyard Bohemia was a dream come true! Our hosts were so accommodating and gave really good recommendations and information about the surrounding area. The directions to the property were clear and we had no problems getting to it. When we arrived to Backyard Bohemia we were immediately impressed. The view of the San Jacinto and San Gorgonio mountains is absolutely breathtaking and perfect for sunrise and sunset! The yurt was big and had two air beds that were very comfortable and can easily accommodate five people or more. There is so much to do on the property like: mini golf, painting, and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit under a starry night sky. Backyard Bohemia is a glampers dream and a campers luxury! We highly recommend staying at this property!
The camp site was more amzing than I expected because the photos were too good! But it was better than the photo. Every place was super clean and cute especially their dogs, Ginger and Jessi. Diana provided everything that we needed even ear plugs for the night. I thought I won’t be using ear plugs but the night that we stayed was extremely windy like a storm came and I had to use it because it was too noisy in the tent. Other than that I highly recommend Diana’s place.
We will be back again soon for a longer stay! We did a one day trip to desert hot springs since Joshua tree was kinda shut down (thanks government). Diana was an amazing host, the set up was so confortable, and we really enjoyed our time.
Awesome glamping experience
Super hospitable and accommodating host and an eclectic yurt with comfortable beds and cozy eclectic blankets + friendly dogs and chickens = awesome experience!
During our stay, it was either super rainy or windy, but the yurt withstood both with no problem. It did get quite noisy when it was windy, but the host offers you earplugs too!
My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay!
We had a lovely time at Diana's! We arrived on a rainy night so she was very accommodating to help keep us warm. The site was so beautiful and peaceful. The snowy mountains on both sides were an incredible view to wake up to. The painting, the mini-golfing, and her two friendly dogs were all the cherries on top to this great experience!
Awesome stay in the desert
We booked the 4 persons yurt for one night.
My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities and the view !
Amazing views of the desert and mountains, lounge chairs & hammock to hang out, tea, coffee, snacks, bonfire with smores provided, we had such a great time !
The common areas are very nice & clean, the yurt is super cozy and comfy and our host was super friendly (bonus points for the cute dog) !
