My partner and I had a wonderful time here! It was a beautiful space and it is clear that a lot of love has gone into this place. The yurt had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The bed was comfy! And the area was stunning and close to swimming options on the river. Lori and Keith are really kind and helpful! We hope to be back soon!
A breath of fresh air
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice time away. The Yurt is really beautiful and facilities are good. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is a really beautiful meadow close to the property. Fortunately, there was no moon out at night and the stargazing was outstanding. We also enjoyed swimming close by. The town of Quincy is quaint and has stunning views surrounding it.
We really enjoyed our time in the yurt. We had everything we needed as everything had been well thought out for our comfort and convenience. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities and best of all it was quiet, safe and private, exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend the yurt stay and we well definitely be back, hopefully very soon!
This place was everything we expected and more! My husband and I love camping and wanted to get out in nature after our son was born. This was the first little vacation we took our 6 weeks old son, and this place was perfect.
It has all the amenities to make it so much easier than camping (comfortable bed, shower, kitchen water, and electricity), but it has all the things we love about camping. The location was absolutely beautiful, a wonderfully secluded forest, full of butterflies, flowers, deer and all the good stuff.
We met Lori's husband, he was super friendly and he offered us a well-needed drink after we hiked to the botanical area, and told us the history of the place.
We loved it so much! We are coming back next year, and staying longer!
