Once owned by a couple of traveling snow birds, this property is now open to the public!! Their favorite things included sitting out at night listening to.... well, nothing but nature, with the sun setting behind the mountains. They loved every season here as they could take their pick of weather to enjoy. It was between the cooler summers (than other areas in the state), to green winter and spring seasons. Pretty much year-round they found this place able to meet their needs. Not to mention a quick drive to the Grand Canyon, hiking, biking, canoeing, nature centers, bouldering, you name it. It's a great central hub to anywhere in northwestern Arizona! Come indulge in a rural community away from city life.
