Peaceful Tent in Cave Creek

Perfect place to base camp for horseback riding Cave Creek area. Shantel is very kind and accommodating.

I highly recommend this spot! The hots were friendly and thoughtful. The campsite was nestled on the side of a hill near the horse area. The tent had a basket of water, a lantern, and a local trail map and list of activities. There was even a fire pit out front as well as a port-o potty and an outdoor sink for water. The hosts went above and beyond by starting a fire in the fire pit that was burning when I returned on a cold night. They also reinforced the tent rain cover by adding another one on top because some big rains were coming in. The horses are very friendly and the views are spectacular. It felt safe and private. I would definitely stay here again.

Site was exactly as advertised! Setup is perfect for everything you need to enjoy a peaceful tent camping experience. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you are well accommodated. Would stay here again anytime and highly recommend!!!

This is a great spot! It is east to get to, and nice amenities with a fire pit, water and a bathroom. It overlooks the area with horses, and is next to another camp site yet completely private. My dog and I really enjoyed our stay and Shantel was a great host!

Great host! she was awesome! Having fresh eggs so cool! The glam tent was very nice, great decor and the bed super comfortable.! we had a great time! the only thing you need to know before you go is that the camp site is about 12 feet from the horses. The host has about 5 horses and the tent is next to the corral. This is a bit of a surprise when you drive up, but once you get settled in its super cozy and nice.

We stayed in our trailer on Shantel’s property. We didn’t stay in the tent. The porta-potty and hand washing station were perfectly clean. The property is peaceful with horses and domestic fowl. Wild rabbits and raptors were seen. The desert is surrounding this property. At night, the sound of far-away coyotes lulled us to sleep. Dog-friendly property. The fire pit and chairs were relaxing. I would stay at this property again.

We had a great time camping in the tent on the property,, the tent, toilet, and grounds are exceptionally clean and sanitary. Shantel and Brian are great host, we felt safe and they made sure all our needs were met. The ranch is surrounded by beautiful .mountains and desert scenery.

This place is perfectly splendid! Can’t wait to go back! Everything was perfect and the host and grounds were lovely!
