We are open year round and It is different every season Our guests love staying here "This site has absolutely everything you need. You'll want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but I think that was the only things I noticed I'd want. They even had firewood for us, no extra charge! David, his wife, and everyone else that helps maintain the property were SO sweet and welcoming. Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. Incredible location! This sweet cabin is nestled at the base of Mt. Jupiter, directly between Dosewallips beach and the Olympic national Park. There's lots of gorgeous, mossy maples, shaggy cedars, and elk herds roaming free. The Cabin is easily accessible from the road, and has parking available. There's a secluded fire pit behind the cabin with a seasonal stream running by. Its a relaxing place to hang out for a few days, and/or excellent basecamp to explore the amazing forests, mountains, and beaches nearby. Also, there's lots of great foraging to be done (nettles, mushrooms, and oysters; oh my!) GPS LOCATION: When driving to the cabin, your GPS will tell you that 'your destination is on the left'. This is a lie. The cabin will be on the right. There is a metal gate that is closed with a chain but not locked. CABIN LAYOUT AND SLEEPING AMENITIES: The Cabin is just a little guy; only 16'x20'. There is a kitchen, living room, and dining room area, and the bathroom is a separate room - we call it our 'studio cabin'. We have a fold out couch for which we provide linens, pillows, and a comforter. There is also an inflatable mattress that is a tight squeeze, but can allow for four people to sleep (with a little furniture rearranging). There is a deck that is large enough for a two person tent that would also make a four person camp-out comfortable. All linens and towels are stored in the trunk and the bathroom cabinet. There is a 4' round dining room table with four chairs and a small table on the porch with two more chairs. All the cushions for the chairs are in a cabinet under the table inside. ACCESSIBILITY: Unfortunately, the cabin is not wheelchair accessible. There are 5 stairs up to the deck and the bathroom door is only 27" wide. SURROUNDING AREA: There are small trails leading away from the cabin; do not walk down them! They lead to neighboring properties and I cannot guarantee that there won't be neighbors who would be very surprised by a stranger showing up on their land! There are lots of public trails only a few minutes drive in either direction from the property :) STOLEN LAND: This property is on stolen, indigenous land. If you are Coast Salish or Makah, please get in touch with me for a discounted stay.

only available on weekends 6pm check in friday - stay as long as till noon check-out on monday! hello happy camper(s)! i’ve lived over 30 years on this slice of heaven in northeast olympia. it is a somewhat rural setting, with most homes having 5 acres, mine being grandfathered in with .79 many of my neighbors have farm animals, my immediate neighbor has sheep, geese, chickens and more - some have horses and cattle. this area used to be mainly strawberry farms. i love being only 10 minutes from town, but a bit out in the sticks (in the county, not city limits.) the proximity to a 22-mile bike path was one of the draws for me to purchase this property. my cute, cozy studio space is on the back corner of my property - 60 paces (120 feet?) from where you will park on my driveway. for nimble and or small folk, the studio has a sleeping loft with full-sized comfy foam mattress (but not lots of headroom) for the rest of us, an ikea twin mattress on ground level. you will find: good vibes, plenty of light, a tea kettle, 1.6 cubic foot mini-fridge (no freezer), a couple of gallons of drinking water, one small electric burner, a new table, ample electric radiator heater, wool carpet over much of the cement floor, a compost toilet with a make-shift hand washing sink (the studio is not plumbed) and much more. outside there is a covered area for you to sit and enjoy that morning coffee, a porch like swing under wisteria trellis and a funky table you could use to set up a camp-stove on (if you bring one.) you won't find: towels, bedding (well, there is a down comforter and pillow) tv, books or an entertainment center. there are some meal prep items- a small pot and pan, some utensils, but you may want to bring more of your own! you will find a quiet, safe and comfy place to relax and unwind! only available on weekends 6pm check in friday - stay till noon check-out on monday!

Nestled between the Olympic National Forest and Hood Canal, surrounded by trees, rock formations, and one of the state’s warmest saltwater beaches, sits our rustic oasis for one or many. Enjoy the seclusion that comes with only 3 sites on a 5-acre property. You will be amazed at the beautiful views and access to every imaginable outdoor experience within minutes of our property! Mushroom foraging, oyster harvesting, scuba diving, hiking, paddling, fishing, state parks and beaches in both directions, a marina with a restaurant down the road and Port Townsend within an hour from our location. Did I mention the Olympic National Forest? Things to note: There are other nature lovers on the property, so please be respectful of them and our neighbors. There is a locked gate to enter the property and you'll be provided a code to unlock a key box, for use during your stay. There is a game camera on the property at the entrance only. The camera is used to monitor our property for our security, you will be asked to leave without refund if it is found to have been tampered with. This is a property that is visited by wild animals, we are not responsible for the wild animals, please exercise caution.

"Osborne's Den" (tiny A-Frame Cabin) and "The Moose Site" (a full hook up RV/Camp site) both nestled on this quaint 1/2 acre lot (they rent separately... not together). Just minutes from Mt. Rainier National Park. "Osborne's Den" has basic power inside the building and a water spigot just outside. There is a queen sized bed (you bring your own bedding). There is a shared Honeybucket Toilet just across the driveway. You will see the other details in the "site listing" "The Moose" is a level, graveled RV/Camping site. Water and 30 AMP and 20 AMP power and sewer connection. The shared/communal firepit/stargazing area is perfect for relaxing. Short 10 minute walk/hike down to the Nisqually River. It doesn't matter if you bring your own tent, drive an rv, or rent the luxury tent, the great outdoors is there for all to enjoy! We have great places to pitch your own tent and enjoy the rustic pleasures just being outdoors. The sites are rustic and access to trails are nearby. We also have a wonderful covered outdoor kitchen with propane grill, microwave, and coffee pot. A safe place to gather with family. Bring your RV and park and have a large site to yourself. You have room to spread out your awning without hitting the next vehicle. Each site has its own picnic table and fire ring. Also if you are in the mood you have a covered kitchen to meet and mingle with other guests. We also have a big screen tv in the kitchen so you don't miss the Seahawks games. Drive in and enjoy a lovely view of unspoiled woods from the deck of your canvas tent. Enter the door into a spacious area with a king or queen size bed and small kitchen area. Each tent has its own heat source for your comfort. Each tent has its table right outside on the deck but it you are feeling social come enjoy our outdoor kitchen. We are open year round and It is different every season Our guests love staying here "This site has absolutely everything you need. You'll want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but I think that was the only things I noticed I'd want. They even had firewood for us, no extra charge! David, his wife, and everyone else that helps maintain the property were SO sweet and welcoming. Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. You NEED to check this place out."

It is a perfect place to unwind on the well maintained land while still being able to access the many outdoor activities nearby and explore the cool historic towns of Centralia and Chehalis as well. Learn more about this land: 2 sites in an open field and 1 site in the trees just 10 minutes from I-5, but a world away from the traffic. Perfect for tent camping and overnight rests in most any vehicle. Views of the Willapa Hills on a well maintained property. Guests are greeted upon arrival. **New this season: We have transformed an old kennel into a cozy cabin! Sleep in comfort in a queen size bed and enjoy amenities like a cadet wall heater, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee, sweeteners and cream) and a wine cooler. A tv with an assortment of dvds is available for evening entertainment as well. The pups are welcome to enjoy the cabin and two kennel runs that are accessible from inside the cabin. The cabin opens up to 2 acres of well maintained and fully fenced yard around the main house which is available for dogs to explore. A composting outhouse is just steps from all of the campsites and the cabin. Potable well water and a communal fire pit, with wood provided, are also available.
